The front of the case curves gently around the wrist, creating the distinctive shape that set the Américaine apart from Cartier’s earlier Tanks. Classic Cartier design codes remain front and center, with Roman numerals on a silvered dial, blued-steel sword hands, and the sapphire cabochon crown.
