Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your watch purchase, which is why we offer a hassle-free, 7-day return policy.

If, for any reason, you wish to return or exchange your watch, we’re here to make the process quick and easy. For an unworn, undamaged product you can exchange the watch or receive a full refund based on your original payment method. Just make sure to return the watch in the same condition, with all accessories.

Our watch experts will inspect the returned item, and your refund will be processed within 10 business days on your original payment method. If you paid with trade-in or prefer an exchange, we’ll provide store credit. For purchases made using cryptocurrency via Bitpay, refunds will be issued in Fiat currency.

Please keep in mind that we can’t accept returns for personalized or engraved items, or for watches that have been worn or damaged. Also, if any items that were sold with the watch are missing or the watch shows signs of wear or damage, we may charge a restocking fee or be unable to accept the item for return.

Jewelry Returns

All jewelry must be returned to us in the original condition, with all of the original included items consisting of boxes and papers, and with tags attached. Resizing of rings, bracelets, and necklaces done by the customer voids the return policy.

Special Order Items

Due to their unique nature, special order items are not subject to the standard return policy. This applies to watches and brand-name jewelry that are not in stock and have been ordered specifically for you.

Due to the unique nature of the item(s), these items are ordered specifically for you the client and are not subject to Luxury Bazaar’s standard return policy.

Therefore, the purchase order cannot be canceled and is non-refundable. If you cancel the purchase order, you will lose all payments that you have made for these items. The express warranty set forth here applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
