Description
A first-generation Nautilus, relatively rare and highly covetable, this Patek Philippe 3700J was produced in only about 1,500 pieces. This model features a uniquely shaped case with “ears” inspired by a ship’s porthole. The dial, made of solid gold, has horizontal grooves and comes in a warm dark grey shade. On it are applied white gold hands and indexes, both tritium filled for visibility in the dark. The simple and neat dial is punctuated by a date complication at 3 o’clock position. This Patek Philippe Nautilus Watch 3700J is powered by caliber 28-255 C, a 36-jewel ultra-thin automatic movement ticking at 19,800Vph (2,75Hz). Power reserve is 40 hours when fully wound. The watch comes with a yellow gold bracelet.
