Inside is the self-winding Caliber 26-330 S C, an in-house movement offering a 45-hour power reserve, visible through the sapphire exhibition caseback, with a central rotor finished to Patek Philippe’s in-house standards. The integrated rose gold bracelet continues the case’s horizontal brushed finish into its links, a hallmark of the Nautilus design since the reference 3700.
