Introduced in 2017 to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the Aquanaut collection, the Patek Philippe Aquanaut 5168G-001 marked the debut of the “Jumbo” case size in 18k white gold. Inside the 42.2mm white gold case — topped, as always, with the characteristic rounded octagonal bezel — is a blue dial embossed with the collection’s distinctive pattern.

Powering the watch is the self-winding Caliber 324 S C, a reliable movement that drives the center hours, minutes, seconds, and date display at 3 o’clock. Operating at 28,800 beats per hour (4 Hz), the movement offers a power reserve between 35 and 45 hours and is visible through the sapphire crystal caseback.

Completing the watch is a blue composite strap, mirroring the dial’s embossed pattern and secured with a white gold Aquanaut fold-over clasp. With 120 meters of water resistance, the Aquanaut 5168G-001 combines sporty versatility with the luxurious craftsmanship expected from Patek Philippe.
