This Speedmaster Super Racing is the first Omega timepiece to feature the revolutionary Spirate™ System that enables the movement to deliver an impressive accuracy of 0/+2 seconds per day. It has a 44.25 mm steel case worn on a steel bracelet. Its black dial is framed by a black ceramic bezel with a yellow tachymeter scale. The yellow detail is also seen on the dial, being used on the Super-LumiNova fill of the hour markers and hands. On the dial is a date window at 6, a small seconds sub-dial at 9, and a 60 minute/12 hour recorder at 3. The beating heart of the watch is the Co-Axial Master Chronometer 9920 automatic movement, which offers 60 hours of power reserve.
