Patek PhilippePerpetual Calendar Chronograph Yellow Gold Watch 1518
Ref: 1518 | WebID: 313928–
Description
You’re looking at one of Patek Philippe’s most sought-after complicated watches. Less than 300 Patek Philippe Ref. 1518 were produced between 1941 and 1954, making this vintage yellow gold variation an extraordinarily rare timepiece. This perpetual calendar chronograph features a 35mm case diameter, crafted in 18K yellow gold and fitted onto a leather strap. Plexiglass protects a silver dial with details laid out in perfect harmony. On the dial are applied gold Arabic numerals, a seconds rail, a tachymeter scale, elegant leaf hands, a Spanish day aperture, a month aperture, sunken 30-minute counter at 3 and 60-second counter at 9 o’clock, and a date sub-dial at 6 o’clock integrated with an enameled moon phase complication. The hands for the central seconds, 3 o’clock and 6 o’clock sub-dials are in blued steel.
The watch houses the caliber 13-130Q, a hand-wound movement with 21 jewels and 42 hours of power reserve.
This is a pre-owned Patek Philippe Perpetual Calendar Chronograph 18K Yellow Gold Watch 1518. It comes with a gift box.
