The Zenith Defy El Primero 21 was presented at the Baselworld exhibition in 2017. It comes with three models, with this model (ref. 95.9000.9004/78.R582) in titanium being one of them. The watch has a 44mm case with short and flat lugs and a sapphire crystal on its front and back. Its skeletonized dial is fairly easy to read. An outer chapter ring bears the luminescent hour markers and well-defined minute markers. A crescent-shaped power reserve indicator is at 12 while at 6 is the 60-second sub-dial. At 3 o’clock is the 30-minute sub-dial while at 9 o’clock is the running seconds sub-dial. The long, red-tipped central hand is the 1/100th of seconds counter and it makes a single full revolution every second. The watch is powered by Caliber El Primero 9004 self-winding movement beating at 36,600 vph, with 203 components and 50 hours of power reserve.
