A platinum travel watch introduced by A. Lange & Söhne in 2005. This elegant timekeeper has a 41.9mm-wide, 11mm-thick case worn on a black leather strap. Its solid silver dial is dressed with solid white gold appliques and hour markers. The hands are fashioned in rhodium-plated gold and blued steel. This mesmerizing timepiece has an oversized date window, day/night indicator, power reserver indicator, 24-city chapter ring, a bigger off-centered home time sub-dial, and a smaller off-centered second time zone sub-dial. Underneath the dial and visible from the transparent caseback is the beating heart of the watch – the manually-wound caliber L031.1 with 417 parts and 72 hours of power reserve.
