PURCHASE AGREEMENT FOR SPECIAL ORDERS

I, {fullName} agree to the terms of my SPECIAL ORDER from Luxury Bazaar. I further understand that due to the unique nature of the item(s) I am purchasing (as described below), these items have been ordered specifically for me and are not subject to Luxury Bazaar’s standard return policy. Therefore, my purchase order cannot be canceled and is non-refundable. If I cancel my purchase order, I will lose all payments that I have made for these items. The express warranty set forth on Luxury Bazaar’s website applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Luxury Bazaar disclaims any and all liability for any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a specific purpose.
