Description
Stripping away the bulk of modern divers, the Tudor Black Bay 58 ref. 79030N is cut with a slimmer intent. Its coin-edge steel bezel is set low against the case, reducing overall height so the watch sits close to the wrist. It clears a cuff with ease despite a 200-meter rating.
The black dial features gilt accents, and the gold-toned markers and hands use a lightly frosted finish that diffuses light instead of reflecting it sharply. The tone is warm and not glossy, preventing a “blingy” presence. Regulating the watch is Tudor’s MT5402, a COSC-certified movement with a 70-hour reserve.
