Description
Introduced to mark the 40th anniversary of the Explorer II, the Rolex Explorer II Watch 216570-0001 features modern updates for the Ref.1655 this watch took inspiration from. At 42mm, the robust steel Oyster case has enough space for large index hour markers and hands which then translates to better legibility. The maxi dial in polar white has hour marker surrounds in black and feature Chromalight display with blue luminescence. The big and bright orange-tipped 24-hour hand functions as a dual-time display. This watch is powered by the Superlative Chronometer self-winding caliber 3187 with Parachrom hairspring and Paraflex shock absorbers. This watch also comes with a fixed stainless steel bezel with 24-hour scale and an Oyster bracelet.
