The Rolex Cosmograph Daytona, reference 126500LN, is a 40 mm Oystersteel chronograph made for racing and one of the most sought-after sports watches in the world. The black dial has three sub-dials with silver rims for the small seconds, the 30-minute counter and the 12-hour counter, and the word Daytona is printed in red above the lower sub-dial. The bezel has a black Cerachrom ceramic insert with a tachymetric scale, which is used to measure average speed over a set distance. Two screw-down pushers and a screw-down crown keep the case water resistant to 100 meters. The Oyster bracelet is made of brushed and polished links and closes with the Oysterlock folding clasp, which has an Easylink extension. Inside, the self-winding caliber 4131 is a Superlative Chronometer movement with a power reserve of about 72 hours. This generation was introduced in 2023 and has a slightly refreshed case. It is a classic Rolex that works well on every occasion.
