Discontinued but no less coveted, the 116500LN is a reference that captures both the Daytona’s racing heritage and its enduring appeal among today’s collectors. Introduced in 2016, it became the first stainless steel Daytona to feature Rolex’s black Cerachrom ceramic bezel, a defining update that gave the legendary chronograph a more contemporary character. Measuring 40mm across, the Oystersteel case houses a white lacquer dial with black-rimmed chronograph counters. Inside, the Caliber 4130 delivers Rolex’s signature reliability, with a 72-hour power reserve. After a seven-year production run that ended in 2023, the ref. 116500LN became one of the most recognizable watches of modern collecting.
