The Patek Philippe Calatrava 5328G-001 brings together classic elegance and modern mechanical innovation. Housed in a 41 mm 18 k white gold case, the watch’s caseband features the brand’s signature “Clous de Paris” hobnail guilloché pattern, giving a refined, textured profile.

The textured blue dial with a black-gradient rim is fitted with white-gold applied Arabic numerals and syringe-style hands coated with white luminescent material for readability in low light. The layout is organized along a vertical axis: a power-reserve indicator at 12 o’clock, and at 6 o’clock a small-seconds subdial, an instantaneous date hand, and an instantaneous day aperture.

Under the sapphire caseback beats the company’s new manual-wound Caliber 31-505 8J PS IRM CI J, which features a Silinvar® Pulsomax® escapement and twin barrels in series to deliver an impressive eight-day (192-hour) power reserve — with a red-marked ninth day on the indicator as a winding reminder. The day and date jump instantly at midnight.

The watch comes fitted with a blue calfskin strap (plus an alternate taupe calfskin strap) secured by a white-gold triple-blade fold-over clasp — adding both comfort and versatility.
