On the 50th anniversary of the Apollo 13 mission, OMEGA released this 42mm stainless steel Speedmaster with Snoopy on its dial. This particular model is a tribute to the “Silver Snoopy Award” given to OMEGA by the NASA astronauts in 1970 as they recognized OMEGA”s contribution to space exploration. The watch has a stainless steel bracelet and a blue nylon fabric strap. It also has a blue ceramic bezel ring with a white enamel tachymeter scale that complements the white dial with blue sub-dials, hour markers, and hands. The watch’s caseback displays an image of the far side of the moon, with a rotating Earth disc and an animated Snoopy. The watch is powered by the OMEGA Co-Axial Master Chronometer Calibre 3861 that offers 50 hours of power reserve.
