Description
The OMEGA ref.310.32.42.50.02.001 pays homage to the very first Silver Snoopy award (1970) after the Apollo 13 mission. This 50th-anniversary release features a 42mm steel case on a blue coated nylon strap. The watch has a silver dial with blue PVD-coated hour markers and hands, blue chrono registers, and an embossed silver Snoopy on the 9 o’clock sub-dial. The manually-wound OMEGA Co-Axial Master Chronometer Calibre 3861 powers this watch. Bringing a playful twist to this timepiece is a NAIAD LOCK caseback with an image of the moon and an animated Snoopy in a white spaceship sent across the far side of the moon when the chronograph function is engaged.
