Description
Infuse history and a touch of whimsy into your watch collection with this playful yet sophisticated Speedmaster 50th Anniversary “Silver Snoopy Award.” The watch features a 45mm by 14.5mm steel case worn on a blue nylon fabric strap with a tang clasp. It has a blue ceramic bezel ring with a tachymeter scale in white. A domed sapphire crystal protects the silver dial, which has an embossed Snoopy image at the 9 o’clock sub-dial. There are two other registers present, at 3 o’clock and 6 o’clock, plus blue index hour markers and luminous hands. The case back displays the far side of the moon, an animated Snoopy in his Command and Service Module and a rotating Earth disc. The watch is powered by OMEGA Co-Axial Master Chronometer caliber 3861, a manually-wound chronograph movement with 50 hours of power reserve.
