Description
The RM 36-01 G-Sensor is the result of Richard Mille’s collaboration with French race-car driver Sébastien Loeb. This motor sport-inspired timepiece was introduced in 2016 and was made available in a limited edition of 30 pieces. The watch comes with a round case measuring 47.7mm in diameter and 17.37mm in thickness. The three-part modular case is made from a combination of materials: carbon nanotubes for the caseband, brown ceramic for the bezel, and grade 5 titanium for the caseback. The 0.40mm-thick sapphire disc dial offers a view of the skeletonized movement. Right in the middle of the glass front is a G-force sensor. At 2 o’clock is a power reserve indicator, while the function selector sits between 4 and 5 o’clock.
