A faceted sapphire punctuates the seven-sided rose gold crown. This luxurious timepiece is equipped with a rose gold bracelet with SmartLink resizing system and QuickSwitch interchangeability system. Inside the large model Santos de Cartier is caliber 1847 MC automatic movement operating at 4Hz with 2 days of power reserve.
