Lange & Söhne Richard Lange Tourbillon “Pour le Mérite” reference 760.032F is a 41.9 mm 18k rose gold regulator wristwatch powered by the manually wound Calibre L072.1, which pairs a one-minute tourbillon with a fusée-and-chain transmission to deliver constant force across its 36-hour power reserve. The 987-part movement beats at 21,600 vibrations per hour and includes Lange’s patented stop-seconds mechanism for the tourbillon. The solid silver argenté dial follows the layout of historic precision regulators, with a large central minute hand, an offset hour dial with Roman numerals and a seconds scale around the tourbillon at 7:30. A patented mechanism lets segments of the hour ring disappear when not in use, keeping the tourbillon in view. A sapphire caseback reveals the German silver plates and hand-engraved cocks. The watch is fitted to a taupe alligator strap with a rose gold Lange deployant buckle. The “Pour le Mérite” name, taken from the highest Prussian order of merit, is reserved for Lange watches with a fusée-and-chain. This example dates to 2022.
