The Cartier Santos De Cartier Watch, reference number WSSA0029, was originally designed in the early 1900s for Alberto Santos Dumont – a Brazilian aviator who wanted to be able to easily tell time while flying.
The classically elegant design comes to life thanks to the inclusion of exposed screws, which elevate the square-shaped 35mm Stainless Steel case and sleek Stainless Steel bracelet. The minimalist white dial beautifully showcases the blue sword-shaped hands and Roman numeral hour markers. It’s powered by an automatic Caliber 1847 MC movement and is water resistant up to 100 meters.
This timepiece is offered in pre-owned condition and includes the manufacturer’s box and papers.
