The sleek steel case boasts a superb finish, and the steel bezel features five visible bores echoing the design of the original Ingenieur ref.1832 from 1976. The silver dial has no flashy embellishments, just applied index markers with gold frames and luminous fill, luminescent hands, a minute track, the texts IWC – Schaffhausen, and the model name and logo.
Inside ticks caliber 30110, a 4Hz automatic winding movement with 163 components, 21 jewels, and 42 hours of power reserve.
