This white Elégante is part of the first ladies’ watch collection by F.P. Journe. This timepiece has a flat Tortue® case made of titanium, set with 38 brilliant-cut diamonds arranged in two rows. Its blued steel hands stand out against the luminescent white dial. At 6 o’clock is a small seconds sub-dial while at 4:30 is a mechanical motion detector that allows the watch to save energy. This timepiece’s gears, rotors, and hands stop moving or go into stand-by mode after being motionless for 35 minutes. Once the watch moves, the hands automatically set themselves to the current time.
