Inside the 10mm thick case is the 18-jewel caliber 430 MC manual-winding movement. The watch’s silvered guilloche dial bears painted black Roman numerals, an inner minute track, and elegant blued steel hands. The secret Cartier signature is at VII. The watch comes with a brown alligator leather strap.
