Part of the Collection Privée Cartier Paris, this exceedingly rare Tank Américaine in platinum bears the “Cartier Paris” sign on the dial and has a central rose motif that radiates into a classic guilloché. On the silvery-white dial are stamped Roman numeral hour markers in black, an inner minute rail track, and blued sword-shaped hour and minute hands. The 45mm by 26.5mm slightly curved platinum case has its sides in brushed finished. It is complemented by an arched bezel with polished sides, a crown with sapphire cabochon, and a flat caseback. This elegant and classic timepiece is powered by Calibre 430MC manual winding nickel lever movement with 18 jewels and 36 hours of power reserve. The watch comes outfitted with a black leather strap with tang buckle.
