This timepiece comes with a brushed oval-shaped case in steel, a navy blue dial, and a complementing navy blue leather strap. On the dial is an interesting layout where a so-called star wheel complication tells time digitally. The hours are printed on three sapphire discs which are mounted on a star-shaped wheels. These discs come attached to a rotating central wheel. This one-of-a-kind assembly rotates and displays the current hour above the 120-degree white scale, with the minutes just right next to it. The solid caseback has a brushed finish on its middle part wiht polished finish on the edges. Engraved on the caseback are the texts “Millenary” and “Série Limitee 125 Ans.” This 125th Anniversary piece from Audemars Piguet was produced in limited production of only 125 pieces.
