Our Assurance of Quality

In the unlikely event that any issue arises with a warrantied product due to Luxury Bazaar work or parts provided by our skilled watchmakers, we will take swift action to correct the matter. Within the two-year (2) period following initial Luxury Bazaar services, we will repair or replace any damaged parts and ensure the repair execution meets our uncompromising standards.

Comprehensive Warranty Coverage

After a successful repair, your timepiece will be covered by the Luxury Bazaar two-year (2) service warranty from the date of the watch’s documented in-person retrieval by the owner or its shipment from our offices. Our commitment to your satisfaction is unwavering, and we take great care in providing you with a seamless luxury experience.

Understanding the Restrictions

To ensure clarity, certain conditions apply to the Luxury Bazaar two-year (2) limited service warranty. While we stand behind our craftsmanship, the warranty does not cover parts not serviced by Luxury Bazaar, basic services on quartz watches, water damage, shock damage, or any handling that exceeds the timepiece’s intended use.

The warranty does not cover damages such as scratches, finish, crystals, glass, straps – leather, fabric or rubber, damage due to wear and tear, damage resulting from wear under conditions exceeding the watch manufacturer’s water resistance limitations, and damage due to physical and/or accidental abuse.

Preserving Warranty Validity

To preserve the validity of the Luxury Bazaar warranty on new or pre-owned watches, refrain from third-party performance of service, opening of the product, or adding parts other than strap or bracelet components, as such actions will void the warranty.

Vintage Watches

Please note that our warranties do not cover vintage watches. The unique nature of vintage pieces may pose challenges in obtaining certain parts, limiting repair possibilities.

The duration of watch service and repair can vary depending on the watch brand and the specific service required. Typically, warranty service repairs may take approximately six to eight weeks. Rest assured, our skilled team of experts works diligently to ensure every detail of the service is carried out with precision, ensuring your timepiece receives the utmost care and attention.

Upon the completion of watch service, we will promptly email you a shipping tracking number. This allows you to stay informed about your timepiece’s journey back to you, ensuring a seamless and reassuring experience throughout the process.
