Tudor developed the Pelagos FXD ref. 25707B/26 around the demands of operational dive work. Working alongside the French Navy, Tudor made the 42mm titanium case with fixed strap bars machined directly into the case instead of using spring bars that could fail under tension. The lightweight titanium construction keeps the watch manageable during extended wear, while the oversized lumed markers maintain strong visibility in dark water conditions. Its bidirectional ceramic bezel replaces a standard dive scale with a reverse 60-to-0 countdown for navigation timing during missions. Tudor pairs the navy blue dial with the chronometer-certified MT5602 caliber, delivering a 70-hour power reserve.
