From the 70s, here is a good-looking vintage Royal Oak Jumbo clad entirely in solid 18K yellow gold. This highly covetable masterpiece has a yellow gold case measuring 39mm in diameter. The octagonal bezel is secured by eight hexagonal bolts in white gold. Its anthracite grey dial has Audemars Piguet’s signature Petite Tapisserie pattern, complemented by slim baton hour markers and hands, and a discreet date window with gold background at 3 o’clock. The watch is equipped with the slim caliber 2121 self-winding movement with 36 jewels and 40 hours of power reserve. It is believed that this yellow gold model was released in less than a thousand pieces.
