Description
Unveiled in 2019, this 41mm Royal Oak ref.15500ST with a blue dial replaces the reference 15400 introduced in 2012. This modern-generation Royal Oak has a new movement and a thicker, larger, and bolder design. The stainless steel case houses caliber 4302, a self-winding movement operating at a frequency of 4Hz, with a skeletonized gold rotor, 257 parts, 32 jewels, and 70 hours of power reserve. The blue dial still has the signature guilloché “Grande Tapisserie” pattern but now with thinner grooves. The dial is framed by a smooth minute train with thin white markers. The hands and hour indexes are broader now, with more luminous material, for a sportier and more legible look. For this new version, the date window is now positioned on the dial’s periphery. The watch comes with an integrated bracelet in stainless steel.
