The pointy cushion case shape is a hallmark of the Sympathie collection, which was extremely popular in the late 1990s and is still beloved by knowledgeable collectors. The case appears square-ish yet it has sharp, flowing lines.
On the silver-toned, sunray-finished dial are index and Arabic numerals, day and month windows, a moon phase display, a date ring, and a color-coded year indicator.
