This Purnell Escape II Piece Unique features a massive 48mm case made from a Swiss-made composite called White Purnell Microfiber. This material exclusive to Purnell is ultra-light and extremely heat and shock-resistant. The case houses the sturdy manual-wind caliber PO3 with hour, minute, and power reserve functions. The watch’s open-worked dial bears a blue hour and minute ring with white markers, blued hands, and Purnell’s Double Spherion (in blue cages) – recognized as the world’s fastest triple axis tourbillon. The watch is worn on a white rubber strap with a titanium clasp.
