Description
Do not let the chunky 44mm case of the masculine, modern, and military-inspired Panerai PAM00779 fool you. It’s wearable and very comfortable, especially with the Bund-like strap. The lightweight titanium case with Diamond-Like Carbon coating in matt anthracite finish is worn on a two-part strap in untreated brown leather. The leather strap has a removable cuff accessory that prevents the watch from coming into contact with the skin. This timepiece also features a brown “California” dial design, originally seen on historical Panerai models from the 40s. It has a combination of luminous Roman and Arabic numerals, bar markers, a railway minute track, and blued hands. Inside the case is the in-house caliber P.5000 that boasts an 8-day power reserve.
