It boasts a slate guilloche dial, a central fan-form aperture cut-out to show the home time with day/night indication, and a silver-toned dial plate bearing the classic Roman numeral hour markers and an arched cut-out opening for the lower aperture displaying the retrograde time difference. The central blued steel hands indicate the local time. On the case band, at 9 o’clock side, is a magnified aperture with 24 cities.
Powering this impressive wristwatch is caliber 9909MC which is Cartier’s first multiple time zone movement. This self-winding caliber offers approximately 48 hours of power reserve.
