Description
A classic dress watch with an unconventional way of displaying time. The Audemars Piguet Star Wheel ref. 25720BA features a golden guilloché dial with three sapphire disks that rotate on a center wheel. Each sapphire disc is connected to the central ring via a star-shaped wheel. The discs, bearing the hour numerals, rotate as the time passes. The current hour lines up on the minute track in white, with an arrow pointing to the current minute. The unique dial is housed on a 36mm-wide, 9mm-thick case in 18K yellow gold. Underneath lies the Audemars Piguet caliber 2124 self-winding movement based on Jaeger LeCoultre caliber 888. The watch is supplied with a black leather strap.
