As someone who started out as a watch enthusiast, I intently followed a ton of luxury watch channels on YouTube. My goal was to consume as much information as I could from the collective knowledge and experiences of experts in the watch industry. Now working in the industry, I still love watching other YouTubers talk about luxury watches to continue to learn from their knowledge and experiences, all the while being entertained in the process.

With so many channels on YouTube, it can be difficult to navigate who to watch, what they bring to the table, and how you can really benefit from watching them. So today I wanted to share with you my 5 favorite luxury watch related YouTube channels that I still watch and follow on a regular basis.
1. Business & Entertainment – Roman Sharf
While I do now work for Roman and am an employee of Luxury Bazaar, I was always a fan first and foremost. The Grey Market series to me is so enjoyable to watch and super well-edited to the point that it frankly feels as though you’re watching a show about the day-to-day operations of a business on a major broadcasting network. The Roman Sharf channel is legitimately one of the best YouTube channels for luxury watch enthusiasts.
I’m not just saying that because I’m an employee. I loved the behind-the-scenes info and look into LB’s day-to-day operations that have made Luxury Bazaar the successful company we know, love, and follow today.

The most interesting aspect of the Grey Market series to me has always been the buy, sell, trade side of things which really showcases the amazing negotiations and entrepreneurial skills of Roman, Adrian, Ana, and now the rest of the team.
Seeing how they manage client relationships, build upon them, and handle and sell some of the most expensive and exclusive watches in the world is always super entertaining and a great learning experience. It’s also super interesting to witness the growth and journey of the newer sales staff like Adrian who was the youngest at the beginning to the newer staff including Alex, Nick, Sabina, Chris, and even the newer Grey Market Challenge contestants.
As a fan of Roman’s channel, I will admit I do miss the old What’s On My Desk and Watches & Whisky series. I was a big fan of WOMD because it showcased Roman’s incredible experience and knowledge of watches.

While at the office we all love to laugh about the fact Roman loves to say he has been in the business for 20 years, this simply can’t be understated just how incredible that is. Roman is not just a veteran in the industry but has a uniquely informed perspective of the watch market and watch industry that really is unrivaled by nearly anyone else.
For context, Roman has witnessed the rise and fall in popularity of brands like Franck Muller, Panerai, IWC, Breitling, Ulysse Nardin, Girard Perregaux and many others. He witnessed the meteoric rise of a brand like Richard Mille which went from being a brand that held closeout sales which he bought many of their watches from to being one of only 7 brands in the industry estimated to have grossed $1B in sales in 2021 and is now completely sold out of their watches every year.
He witnessed the changes in trends from big watches to now small, Offshores to now Royal Oaks, and has experienced the meteoric rise of the sports watch genre through models like the Nautilus, Aquanaut, Royal Oak, and Rolex sports models. When we think of Independent watch brands today we think of FP Journe, Greubel Forsey, DeBethune, Moser, and the likes but we don’t think of brands like Cecil-Purnell, Dewitt, Christophe Claret, and many others which paved the way for many modern independents and experienced extreme turbulence in the early 2000s and during the financial crisis of 2008, many of whom simply didn’t survive the financial carnage watch brands experienced during these difficult times.
This is what makes his perspective about watches and the watch industry so valuable to me and it’s really what I have the benefit of learning from everyday and try to showcase in collaborative videos we do over on the Luxury Bazaar channel. He has a uniquely informed outlook that he has acquired through hands-on experience in the watch business and is able to convey it in a fashion that really no one else in the industry can.
When it comes to speaking about the nuts and bolts and inner workings of watches, Roman is as knowledgeable as just about anyone I’ve ever listened to. I really enjoyed learning about his market and product knowledge with Adrian during his segments on Watches & Whisky also. Whenever you have two legends in the watch industry collaborating and sharing their experiences and opinions you know you have a recipe for success on your hands. For fans of both WOMD and Watches & Whiskey, stay tuned as they may be making a comeback sooner than you think!

2. Miscellaneous – Watch Eric
If I had to pick someone in the watch industry who is as laidback and as cool as it gets, it has to be Watch Eric. Starting originally with CRM Jewelers and later transitioning onto his own channel, Eric also has a uniquely qualified perspective on watches which he has acquired over the years of being in the business.

Developing a passion and love for watches through his father at a young age, Eric is a lifer in the watch business who is super entertaining to watch. He’s someone who definitely focuses on the sports watch genre more specifically from brands like Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, and Richard Mille but you can tell when he talks about these brands and watches, he speaks from a place of passion and experience.
Eric has covered a variety of topics on his channels ranging from watch reviews and reactions to new releases, market updates, and my personal favorite, his celebrity watch collection reviews. He’s one of the OG watch reviewers and reviewers of celebrity watch collections and I give him a lot of credit for helping popularize watch channels on YouTube as he is one of the first and one of the few watch channels that was able to gain over 100,000 subscribers.
Even more impressive is that he did it twice, both for CRM and his new channel Watch Eric. His laid-back approach makes his videos super fun to watch and you know you’re getting the opinion of someone who has handled a wide variety of watches because he has been in the business for so long.
For those wondering if he always wears sunglasses, yes he does. I met Eric for the first time in person at the first London Watch Show back in September 2021 and he wore sunglasses the whole time, even indoors! All kidding aside he is a great guy and the true living embodiment of what you see is what you get. His laid-back, cool, and down-to-earth personality on YouTube is exactly how he is in real life. I highly recommend the Watch Eric channel since it’s definitely one of the best YouTube channels for watch enthusiasts.
3. Watch Info & New Watch Brands – Swiss Watch Gang
Hailing from Zurich, Switzerland, Marko the man behind one of the most popular channels in the watch YouTube space – Swiss Watch Gang – is an awesome guy and someone I’ve been following really since he got his start on YouTube. Marko has a way of speaking about watches that immediately jolt your excitement and enthusiasm for the watch hobby. His passion, dedication, and knowledge in the world of horology are vast and truly inspiring to watch whether you are a novice collector or a watch expert alike.

One aspect of his channel that I really admire is his willingness to showcase extremely niche watch brands and independent watchmakers. While this may be at his detriment, not getting the huge viewership numbers a celebrity collection review or video about Rolex, Patek Philippe, AP or Richard Mille may get, it provides the opportunity for watch collectors and watch enthusiasts to broaden their horizons and learn about the finer aspects of watchmaking that most watch channels simply don’t discuss.
From independent watchmakers and brands ranging from Andreas Strehler to Alchemists to Armin Strom and everything in between, there are very few watches in the world that haven’t yet been featured on his channel. Watching Marko’s videos has helped me learn about smaller watch brands and independent watchmakers tremendously as he typically gets info straight from the sources in the form of collaborative interviews with watchmakers.
If you haven’t watched his channel yet I’d highly recommend it if you’re looking to broaden your horological horizons and come to appreciate smaller watch brands and independent watchmakers as Marko’s passion is palpable. And that’s without even mentioning the fact that his video quality is absolutely exceptional!
4. Watch Reviews & Opinions – Watchfinder & Co.
I feel this pick is really self-explanatory for anyone who follows the luxury watches YouTube space. Although Watchfinder & Co. is no longer the most followed channel, there is no doubt Andrew Morgan aka “Mr. Talking Hands” has without a doubt become an important voice for the luxury watch community on YouTube.
His watch reviews are and have been at the cutting edge both in terms of video quality and poeticism in the luxury watches YouTube space. He has a way of describing watches that is almost hypnotizing and lures you into the incredible macro shots that showcase the watch perfectly in sync with his descriptions.

A channel that is now almost a decade old is without a doubt one of the most important channels on YouTube that allowed watch collectors to grow their appreciation for the finer details that make watches great.
Of course, there are other great watch reviewers like Tim Mosso for example, and Hafiz J Mehmood who also has an excellent channel getting crisp macro shots and also does captivating reviews. But to me the videos featuring Mr. Talking Hands which date back over 6 years now since the very first one are iconic to the watch YouTube landscape and have really helped broaden watch collectors’ horizons and bring new collectors to the hobby.
If you aren’t already following them, what are you waiting for? Check out some of his videos, admire the serious watch porn and become hypnotized by the calming voice of Mr. Talking Hands and his masterful ability to describe watches and the art of watchmaking.
5. Market Info & Watch Knowledge – WatchesTV
Another incredibly knowledgeable host, Marc André Deschoux the face and founder behind the WatchesTV channel is my fifth and final choice in luxury watch YouTube channels you should follow if you aren’t already.
Similarly to Marko of Swiss Watch Gang, Marc André highlights the rare and extraordinary watches from some of the absolute biggest and best brands in the world and smaller independent watch brands alike. He possesses a wealth of knowledge along with a passion and enthusiasm for the watch-collecting hobby that truly is inspiring to watch.

Having started his channel over a decade ago, Marc André covers a wide variety of topics in the world of horology including ones rarely discussed such as clocks, pocket watches and watchmaking history. He also keeps viewers up to date with the latest releases from watch companies accompanying his thoughts with some impeccable macro shots of the watches he is discussing.
I also really like that Marc André covers auction results and provides live footage so you can get a sense of the excitement in the room at these auctions when they were happening. Not to mention, his “Watchmaking In The News” is super helpful to stay on top of important new information, industry data, and important dates to ultimately keep track of everything going on in the watch industry.
My favorite videos of his are when he and his team visit manufacturers and speak to the watchmakers about their work. Getting a first-hand account of what goes into making a watch and the process behind it really is inspiring to listen to, especially since it is coming from the artisans who create these precious works of art.
Having featured just about every brand under the Sun, I don’t know what will come next but I will no doubt continue to follow his channel and keep learning from his wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience as I have been for many years.
Of course, this list is not the end-all-be-all, it’s simply a compilation of the main channels that I personally enjoy watching on a regular basis. There are so many incredible watch channels out there for you to discover and grow your passion for collecting the objects that measure life’s most valuable commodity – time.
My recommendation is to fall deep into the rabbit hole of the wristwatch community on YouTube and develop your passion for watches by finding the channel that will foster your enthusiasm for collecting and help you broaden your horological horizons.

You could have at the very least mentioned Nico from Pride and Pinion as an honorable mention. As the biggest channel and a friend of Roman, this seems a deliberate omission.
Nico no doubt has an amazing channel and I do watch his channel regularly! He’s super fun and entertaining to watch. The point was more to give people insight on the channels I’ve been watching on a regular basis for years to gain information from and/or for entertainment. Nico’s channel is no doubt God Tier as are the people on this list who have been on YouTube doing videos for years and I have been following them for many years also. Need to do a top 10 to include more great channels like Nico, Teddy Baldassare, Adrian Barker, among so many other great channels in the space!
