At Watches & Wonders 2026, Patek Philippe introduced a wide-ranging lineup spanning everything from high-complication statement pieces to more restrained updates across its core collections. From new astronomical displays, chiming watches and an automaton, to the 50th Anniversary Nautilus collection, open-worked Cubitus, and refreshed takes on familiar favorites, the 2026 Patek Philippe releases cover a lot of ground. In fact, the Genevan watchmaker released more than twenty references! Here’s a look at all the new 2026 Patek models, complete with specs and pricing.

Celestial Sunrise and Sunset Ref. 6105G-001

Release Date: April 2026

Celestial Sunrise and Sunset Ref. 6105G-001 (Image: Patek Philippe)

Leading the charge for 2026, Patek Philippe introduces one of its most technically ambitious astronomical wristwatches to date with the Celestial Sunrise and Sunset Ref. 6105G-001. Building on the existing Celestial platform, this new reference adds a display of sunrise and sunset times — making it the brand’s first wristwatch to offer this indication as part of its regular production.

At its core is the new self-winding Caliber 240 C LU CL LCSO, developed over five years and protected by six patents. Alongside the Celestial’s familiar sky chart, lunar orbit, and moon phase displays, the watch incorporates a system of cams and feelers that track sunrise and sunset times for Geneva, displayed via two additional hands reading off the peripheral date scale.

What’s particularly clever here is how Patek integrates this new complication without disrupting the existing layout. The display still relies on three superimposed rotating discs to recreate the night sky in real time, with the sunrise and sunset indication integrated into the same system. There’s also a patented mechanism that allows the wearer to adjust both civil time and sunrise/sunset indications simultaneously when switching between Summer and Winter time via pushers on the case.

The x-shaped motif across the caseback (Image: Patek Philippe)

It’s not a small watch at 47mm wide and over 12mm thick, but given the complexity inside, that’s not surprising. The white gold case features an engraved X-shaped motif across the caseband and caseback, giving it a slightly industrial feel compared to more classical Patek complications. The dial, meanwhile, remains the focal point, with its layered depiction of the night sky over Geneva and the elliptical aperture showing the visible portion of the celestial sphere.

Priced at $437,610, this is clearly in statement-piece territory — and easily one of the most technically interesting 2026 Patek Philippe releases.

Cubitus Perpetual Calendar Skeleton Ref. 5840P-001

Release Date: April 2026

2026 Patek Philippe Cubitus Perpetual Calendar Skeleton Ref. 5840P-001
Cubitus Perpetual Calendar Skeleton Ref. 5840P-001 (Image: PP)

Continuing to build out its newest collection, Patek Philippe introduces the first Grand Complication in the Cubitus lineup with the Perpetual Calendar Skeleton Ref. 5840P-001, which will likely be one of the most talked-about 2026 Patek Philippe releases.

Loading, please wait…

The 45mm platinum case retains the Cubitus collection’s square-with-rounded-corners profile, but the real focus is the fully skeletonized dial and movement, designed as a single, cohesive structure. The dial follows the collection’s horizontal motif, with blue PVD-treated elements and openworked bridges that align with the movement underneath, giving the watch a unique look that will no doubt be divisive.

The skeletonized dial of the 2026 Patek Philippe Cubitus Perpetual Calendar Skeleton Ref. 5840P-001 (Image: PP)

Powering the watch is the new Caliber 28-28 Q SQU, an ultra-thin automatic movement adapted from the 240 Q but reworked into a square format to match the case. It displays the full perpetual calendar (day, date, month, leap year, and 24-hour indication) alongside a moon phase, all arranged across three subdials. Despite the complexity, the movement remains just 5.04mm thick, helping keep the overall case height to a relatively slim 10mm.

An intriguing detail here is the monochrome treatment of the movement. Everything from the bridges to the mini-rotor is finished in rhodium, with only subtle blue accents on the screws and engravings. The large moon phase display at 6 o’clock also adds a bit of visual drama, using layered discs to create a more detailed, almost three-dimensional rendering of the lunar surface.

The watch is paired with a navy blue composite strap with a textile motif and cream stitching, secured by a platinum folding clasp with triple safety catches. And this being a platinum Patek, there’s the signature diamond set into the case at 6 o’clock.

Priced at $187,547, the Cubitus Perpetual Calendar Skeleton is following in the footsteps of its older sibling, the Nautilus, moving beyond time-only origins and into the high-complications sandbox.

2026 Nautilus 50th Anniversary

Release Date: April 2026

To mark the 50th anniversary of one of its most recognizable collections, Patek Philippe introduces a set of limited-edition Nautilus models as part of the broader 2026 Patek Philippe releases. Rather than overcomplicating things, the brand takes things back to basics here, focusing on time-only executions that highlight the original design, along with one unexpected addition that takes the Nautilus in a completely different direction.

Nautilus Ref. 5810/1G-001

Leading the anniversary lineup is the Nautilus Ref. 5810/1G-001, a 41mm white gold “Jumbo” model that keeps things as clean as possible with a time-only display. No date, no extra complications, just hours and minutes. It removes the center seconds hand, just like the very first Nautilus, the 3700.

The white gold case and integrated bracelet feature the familiar mix of satin-brushed and polished finishes, with the signature porthole-inspired construction and slim 6.9mm profile. The blue sunburst dial includes the classic horizontal embossing, along with applied white gold hour markers and matching hands, all with lume.

Inside is the ultra-thin automatic Caliber 240, a movement that’s been closely tied to the Nautilus since the late 1970s. Here, the 22k gold mini-rotor is engraved with “50 1976 – 2026,” marking the anniversary. The watch is limited to 2,000 pieces and priced at CHF 75,000.

Nautilus Ref. 5810G-001

Sharing the same 41mm white gold case, the Nautilus Ref. 5810G-001 offers a slightly more dressed-up take on the same formula. The dial swaps standard markers for baguette-cut diamond hour markers, adding some sparkle to the two-hander dial.

Rather than a bracelet, this reference is paired with a navy composite strap with a fabric texture and cream stitching. It’s powered by the same Caliber 240, again with the anniversary engraving on the rotor. This version is limited to 1,000 pieces and priced at CHF 60,000.

Nautilus Ref. 5610/1P-001

For something smaller, the Nautilus Ref. 5610/1P-001 brings back the more compact, old-school 38mm case — this time in platinum. The blue sunburst dial sticks to a simple hours-and-minutes display, with the same horizontal embossing and applied white gold markers and hands. The platinum case and bracelet carry the usual mix of brushed and polished surfaces, along with the small diamond set into the case at 9 o’clock.

Nautilus Desk Clock Ref. 958G-001

The outlier of the group is the Nautilus Desk Clock Ref. 958G-001, which takes the familiar case design and turns it into something entirely different. It’s still unmistakably Nautilus, with the same rounded-octagonal bezel and horizontal dial pattern, but now housed in a 50.65mm white gold desk clock format.

The blue horizontally-embossed dial is set with baguette-cut diamond hour markers, and the hinged caseback opens to reveal the manually wound Caliber 31-505 8J PS IRM CI J. The movement has an 8-day power reserve along with day, date, small seconds, and a power reserve indicator.

The caseback itself is engraved with “50th Anniversary Nautilus 1976 – 2026 Patek Philippe,” and the hinged cover doubles as a stand for desk use. This one is limited to just 100 pieces with a price tag of $256,315.

Calatrava Alarm Ref. 5322G

Release Date: April 2026

Calatrava Alarm Ref. 5322G-001
Calatrava Alarm Ref. 5322G-001 (Image: PP)

Continuing the momentum of the 2026 Patek Philippe releases, the brand brings the alarm function back into the limelight with the new Calatrava Alarm Ref. 5322G. This is a more streamlined, modern take on the complication compared to the earlier Pilot Travel Time version.

The 41mm case is crafted in white gold and features a Clous de Paris guilloché caseband, paired with openworked lugs. The dial follows suit, offered in either blue or green lacquer with a black gradient edge and a granular texture. Applied Arabic numerals and syringe-style hands are rendered in white gold with lume, while a central seconds hand and a pointer date at 6 o’clock round out the time display.

Calatrava Alarm 24-Hour 5322G-010
Calatrava Alarm 24-Hour 5322G-010 (Image: PP)

The alarm itself is handled through a set of apertures at 12 o’clock, showing the programmed time in 15-minute increments, along with a day/night indicator and an on/off display. It’s a cleaner, more intuitive setup than most mechanical alarms, and importantly, it works on a full 24-hour cycle. When triggered, the alarm chimes on a traditional gong rather than buzzing against the caseback, which gives it a noticeably more refined sound.

Loading, please wait…

Inside is the new automatic Caliber AL 30-660 S C, a 524-component movement that puts the focus squarely on the alarm rather than combining it with other complications. It runs at 4 Hz with a central 21k gold rotor and maintains a relatively slim profile given what’s going on under the hood.

The Crow and the Fox Ref. 5249R-001

Release Date: April 2026

Easily one of the most unusual pieces among the 2026 Patek Philippe releases, the Ref. 5249R-001 introduces something the brand hasn’t offered in modern times: a wristwatch automaton with hours and minutes displayed on demand.

Rather than functioning like a traditional time display, this watch keeps things hidden until activated. Press the pusher at 2 o’clock, and the dial comes to life. The fox indicates the hours (using its paw for 0 to 6 and its muzzle for 7 to 12) while the crow drops a wedge of cheese to reveal the minutes along a graduated scale. Once the pusher is released, everything snaps back into place.

The concept isn’t new for Patek Philippe, but the format is. This watch is a direct reinterpretation of a unique 1958 pocket watch based on Jean de La Fontaine’s fable “The Crow and the Fox,” originally developed with input from Louis Cottier. That earlier piece never entered production, which makes this modern execution the first time the complication has appeared in a regular-production wristwatch.

The dial uses a Matara brown opaline base, while the scene is constructed from hand-engraved gold appliques in multiple colors, some measuring as little as 0.2mm thick. Around 150 hours of manual work go into each dial, and unlike purely decorative elements, several of these components are functional parts of the mechanism, which adds another layer of difficulty.

As expected, the technical side is just as involved as the visual one. The watch runs on the new caliber 31-260 PS HMD AU, built on the ultra-thin 31-260 platform and paired with an additional mechanism to control the on-demand retrograde display. The system first triggers the hours, then the minutes, all controlled by a complex lever system linked to the pusher. You still get modern Patek architecture, however, including a platinum micro-rotor, Gyromax balance, and Spiromax hairspring. The movement beats at 4 Hz, and supplies 38–48 hour power reserve.

Housing the movement and dial is a 43mm rose gold case with an officer-style hinged caseback that opens to show off the movement. The Patek Philippe Ref. 5249R-001 “The Crow and the Fox” is priced at $411,388 and its annual production will be very limited.

Minute Repeater Ref. 7047G-001

Release Date: April 2026

Continuing the lineup of complicated 2026 Patek Philippe watches, the Ref. 7047G-001 brings the minute repeater into a more contemporary style. Long considered one of Patek Philippe’s most important complications, the minute repeater appears here in a 38mm white gold Calatrava case paired with a distinctly modern dial.

Minute Repeater Ref. 7047G-001
Minute Repeater Ref. 7047G-001 (Image: PP)

The navy blue dial is defined by its embossed “carbon” motif at the center, a design detail that traces back to the Reference 6007 introduced in 2019 to mark the opening of Patek Philippe’s new manufacture building. Around it, the dial features a mix of finishes, including a snailed inner minute track, a circular satin-finished hour ring, and a sunburst outer scale. White gold applied numerals and hands are filled with luminescent coating, while orange accents (seen on the small seconds hand, printed markers, and strap stitching) add a noticeable contrast.

Inside is the self-winding caliber R 27 PS, a movement that has long served as one of Patek Philippe’s go-to minute repeater calibers. It drives a classic two-gong chime mechanism and includes a 22K gold off-center mini-rotor. At just 5.05mm thick, the movement remains relatively slim given the complication, while operating at 3 Hz and delivering a power reserve of 43 to 48 hours.

Notably, the watch is not water-resistant, offering only basic protection against dust and humidity, which is typical for minute repeaters. It is paired with a navy blue composite strap featuring a fabric pattern and orange stitching, secured by a white gold prong buckle. The Patek Philippe Ref. 7047G-001 is priced at $572,087.

Patek Philippe introduces the Ref. 5374/400P-001, a heavily gem-set take on one of its most complex combinations, bringing together a minute repeater and perpetual calendar in a high-jewelry execution.

Produced in a limited run of just eight pieces, the 42mm platinum case is set throughout with gems, including the bezel, lugs, caseband, and clasp. In total, the watch features 171 baguette-cut diamonds (9.85 carats) and 84 baguette-cut Paraíba tourmalines (2.7 carats), with the vivid blue-green stones forming the minute track around the dial and continuing onto the clasp.

The dial is made from white Balinese mother-of-pearl, while baguette-cut diamond hour markers and Paraíba tourmaline minute markers are set directly into it. White gold leaf-shaped hands handle the time display, and the calendar indications include day and 24-hour indication at 9 o’clock, month and leap year at 3 o’clock, and a moon phase with date scale at 6 o’clock.

Among the 2026 Patek Philippe releases is a new variant of the in-line perpetual calendar. The Ref. 5236P-011 features a 41.3mm platinum case, combined with a silvery dial featuring a vertical satin finish and a black-gradient rim.

The defining feature remains the patented in-line display, which places the day, date, and month in a single aperture at 12 o’clock. Additional indications include leap year and day/night apertures, along with a moon phase and small seconds display at 6 o’clock. Charcoal gray baton-style hour markers and hands in white gold complete the layout. Driving the complication is the self-winding caliber 31-260 PS QL, an ultra-thin movement with a platinum off-center mini-rotor. It operates at 4 Hz and delivers a power reserve of 38 to 48 hours.

White gold applied hour markers and dauphine hands are paired with a printed white tachymeter scale.

Annual Calendar Moon Phases Ref. 5396R-016

Release Date: April 2026

Patek Philippe revisits its Annual Calendar lineup with the Ref. 5396R-016, a more classically styled execution that embraces warm tones and understated design. The 38.5mm rose gold case is paired with a sand-beige sunburst dial, a combination that almost looks like a piece of Swiss chocolate with a creamy, nutty center.

The dial layout remains familiar, with day and month displayed in apertures at 12 o’clock and the date indicated at 6 o’clock, alongside a moon phase and 24-hour display. Rose gold applied hour markers and dauphine hands match the case, keeping the overall look tonal.

Release Date: April 2026

2026 Patek Philippe Annual Calendar Ref. 4946G-001
2026 Patek Philippe Annual Calendar Ref. 4946G-001 (Image: PP)

Patek Philippe introduces the Ref. 4946G-001 as a more contemporary take on its Annual Calendar, pairing the complication with a noticeably more relaxed design language. Historically positioned within the brand’s women’s collection, recent updates to this reference suggest a broader appeal, with this version continuing in that direction.

The 38mm white gold case is matched with a blue-gray dial featuring a vertical and horizontal satin finish, often referred to as a “shantung” texture for its resemblance to raw silk. Applied numerals and white gold leaf-shaped hands are filled with luminescent coating, while the calendar indications are displayed by hands for the day and month, with the date in an aperture and a moon phase display at 6 o’clock.

The watch is fitted with a blue-gray calfskin strap featuring a denim-style pattern and contrasting white stitching — what I like to call the “dad-jeans” strap first seen on the Nautilus Flyback Chronograph 5980/60G and Aquanaut Travel Time 5164G back in 2024. It gives the watch a more casual style, setting it apart from the usual alligator-heavy lineup. The Patek Philippe Ref. 4946G-001 is priced at $61,141.

World Time Ref. 7129J-001 (Image: PP)

On a more colorful note within the 2026 Patek Philippe releases, the Ref. 7129J-001 takes the brand’s classic World Time and gives it a noticeably more flamboyant upgrade. Between the saturated carmine red dial and matching strap, this is Patek letting its hair down.

The 36mm yellow gold case frames a dial that’s anything but subtle. The lacquered center features a hand-executed “vieux panier” guilloché pattern, surrounded by a matching red city ring and 24-hour disc. Yellow gold applied markers and lozenge-shaped hands keep things legible, but the focus here is clearly on color and texture rather than restraint.

Inside is the self-winding caliber 240 HU, Patek Philippe’s long-standing World Time movement, based on the system originally developed by Louis Cottier in the 1930s. The mechanism allows all 24 time zones to be adjusted simultaneously via the pusher at 10 o’clock, instantly resetting the display to a new local time.

Paired with a glossy carmine red alligator strap and yellow gold prong buckle, the Patek Philippe Ref. 7129J-001 is priced at $57,515.

Calatrava 5227G-015

Calatrava 5227G-015 (Image: PP)

Continuing the Calatrava lineup within the 2026 Patek Philippe releases, the Ref. 5227G-015 sticks to a more traditional dress watch look, with a design that’s almost identical to the fan-fave Ref. 6196P-001, which was introduced in 2025.

The 39mm white gold case of the Ref. 5227G-015 features a concave bezel and gently curved lugs, paired with a rose-gilt opaline dial (better known as a salmon dial) that plays up the vintage vibe. Charcoal gray white gold “obus”-style hour markers and dauphine hands provide contrast, while a simple date window at 3 o’clock rounds out the display without disrupting the overall balance.

One of the more distinctive elements here is the officer-style case construction, with a sapphire caseback hidden beneath an invisibly hinged dust cover. Flipping open the cover reveals the self-winding caliber 26-330 S C, offering central seconds, a date display, and a stop-seconds function for precise time-setting. The watch is finished with a shiny chocolate brown alligator strap and white gold prong buckle.

The Patek Philippe Ref. 5227G-015 is priced at $47,262.

Also included in the 2026 Patek Philippe releases are two new versions of the Calatrava Ref. 7200/50G, offered in sand-beige (7200/50G-001) and ice blue (7200/50G-012). These are straightforward updates to an existing reference, focused mainly on new dial and strap combinations rather than any mechanical changes.

Both models come in a 34.6mm white gold officer-style case with straight lugs and screwed strap bars, maintaining the same slim 7.37mm profile. The sand-beige version is paired with a matching calfskin strap, while the ice blue variant gets a pearlescent alligator strap in the same tone. Both versions include applied Breguet numerals and pear-shaped hands.

Golden Ellipse with Green Dial

Release Date: April 2026

Patek Philippe adds two new Golden Ellipse references: the larger Ref. 5738G-001 and the medium-sized Ref. 3738/100G-014, the latter marking the comeback of the smaller format. Featuring white gold cases, the Ref. 5738G-001 measures 34.5 × 39.5mm, while the Ref. 3738/100G-014 comes in at 31.1 × 35.6mm.

The pair maintains the established Patek Philippe Golden Ellipse formula, with cases shaped according to the “golden section” proportions that have defined the collection since its debut in 1968. A big change here is the dial, with both watches featuring a sunburst olive green finish with applied white gold baton markers and slim cheveux-style hands. The matching olive green calfskin straps with contrasting stitching tie everything together.

Patek Philippe Watches in 2026

Looking at the 2026 Patek Philippe releases as a whole (all twenty-plus of them!), it’s the usual mix of heavy hitters, high jewelry sparklers, and quieter updates with refreshed dials. You’ve got watches like the Celestial Sunrise and Sunset and the Crow and the Fox doing the technical flexing, while pieces like updated Calatrava, Golden Ellipse, and Annual Calendar models are more straightforward. The Nautilus 50th anniversary lineup also adds a celebratory angle, revisiting one of the brand’s most recognizable designs without overcomplicating it.

Although Patek normally does one big annual drop, there may be a few more pieces announced before we get to the end of the year. As always, stay tuned to Grey Market Magazine for any updates on 2026 Patek releases.
