The 36mm case and the outer links on the President’s bracelet share the same barked finish while the center links are polished. The factory Rolex barked bezel was swapped on from a ref. 18078 model. The wood dial, made from a real piece of burlwood, complements the finish perfectly. The hour markers in yellow gold are kept short and slim to frame the dial nicely. The day aperture is at its usual 12 o’clock spot while the magnified date window is at 3 o’clock. This exceptional Rolex Day-Date from 1988 is powered by caliber 3155 self-winding movement.
