An attractive white gold timepiece by remarkable watchmaker Daniel Roth. This Datomax 208 features a 38mm x 41mm double-ellipse case with sapphire glass on its front and back. Its beautiful silver guilloche dial features black Roman numeral hour markers on a silvery white chapter ring, a big date window at 12, a patterned small seconds sub-dial at 6, and blued hands. The exhibition caseback displays the caliber DR130 (based on GP 3100) automatic movement that powers the watch. The sapphire case back also bears a Khanjar symbol or the national symbol of Oman, marking this watch as one of those timepieces commissioned and gifted by the Sultan of Oman. This Datomax 208.X.60 comes with a Daniel Roth factory strap with an original white gold tang buckle.
