Here’s the Insane Watch Collection Authorities Seized from Richard Heart
Richard Schueler, better known as “Richard Heart,” raised over a billion dollars for his HEX token and related blockchain, PulseChain. While some people enthusiastically invested their money, other cryptocurrency geeks were suspicious from the beginning and cries of “scam” have echoed around HEX for years. Finnish authorities seized property from him, he was an international fugitive for about two years, and finally he was arrested in Istanbul.
Heart repeatedly flexed luxury goods on social media while playing up his philanthropic efforts and brushing aside claims of scams. The SEC brought criminal charges against Heart, accusing him of “fraud for misappropriating at least $12 million of offering proceeds to purchase luxury goods,” and while he beat that case, Finnish authorities seized much of his property due to serious allegations like massive tax evasion. When he was arrested in Turkey in October 2026, even more of his luxury goods were seized. Why is this relevant on a watch blog?

Well, Mr. Heart had a collection of some of the rarest and most expensive factory gem-set Rolexes ever made. He would repeatedly mention that his factory bust-down meteorite Sky-Dweller 326959 TBR had the highest MSRP of any Rolex ever sold.

Richard even posted on reddit using the username RichardHeart and proudly listed the supposed values of his watches. This list includes a supposed “$9 million” worth of watches, though many of the prices he listed are woefully inflated:

Though many of the pieces in Richard Heart’s watch collection have dropped in market price since he wrote this list, suffice it to say that their value is still well into the millions. And because the SEC was unable to establish jurisdiction in their case, and weren’t able to prove that HEX was an unregistered security, their complaint was dismissed in what was called a “complete victory for Richard Heart.” But after being an international fugitive with an Interpol Red Notice to his name for a while, Heart’s arrest in Turkey apparently led to the seizure of whatever was left of his watch collection. It would be one heck of a police auction.

lol he fled Finland because he’s wanted for tax evasion, and they seized his watches.
So no, he’s not still enjoying them.

Just a note. He didn’t have his case dismissed. He beat the SEC in court and that’s different to a dismissal which others got. And I think he had the same lawyers Elon Musk and others had. My 2ce
