Bulgari’s 2025 Watch Releases So Far
Bulgari participated in Watches and Wonders Geneva for the first time in 2025, where they unveiled their record-setting Octo Finissimo Ultra COSC. But they had already released a few ladies’ watches for LVMH Watch Week, plus they collaborated with MB&F and later participated in Geneva Watch Days. The numerous Bulgari 2025 releases include new watches in all five of their major watch lines–Aluminium, Serpenti, Bvlgari Bvlgari, Octo Finissimo and Octo Roma.
Bulgari Aluminum Family
The aesthetic of the Aluminium line has remained quite consistent since its debut in 1998, and its roots date back to the stainless steel Diagano that appeared in 1988. Bulgari was a bit ahead of their time with the integrated rubber bracelet + black bezel vibe. The case is typically aluminum as the name suggests, although there is a new material option now.
Bronzo
The new 2025 Bulgari Bronzo GMT and Chronograph watches, released at Geneva Watch Days 2025, are essentially bronze versions of the Bulgari Aluminium. The Bulgari Bronzo GMT’s caliber B192 is based on the Sellita SW330-1, a widely used Swiss automatic GMT movement. Similarly, the Bronzo Chronograph’s B381 caliber is a Sellita SW300 with a Dubois-Depraz chronograph module on top.
With an anticipated list price of just under $5,000 for the GMT version and just over $6,000 for the chronograph, you’re paying more for design and case construction than movement pedigree. But Sellitas are reliable, serviceable movements, and Bulgari has humbly hidden them behind a cool-looking black DLC-coated titanium caseback that matches the black rubber bezel.
Notably, Bulgari also made some similar Diagono Magnesium watches from about 2015-2020, so they’re clearly quite willing to experiment when it comes to case materials.
Blue and White Bulgari Aluminium Chronograph Colorways Added for 2025
While white and black dials are historically the norm for the Bulgari Aluminium line, they’ve begun to experiment with some more colorful options. For summer 2025, Bulgari released blue and white colorways of the Aluminium Chronograph.
Though both are priced at $5,200, the white version, which is limited to 400 pieces, has the previous-generation ETA-based B130 movement. The blue one, a regular production model, has the Sellita-based B381. Functionally, there is little difference.

Bvlgari Bvlgari 50th Anniversary Models
In 1975, Bvlgari produced a limited edition yellow gold digital wristwatch with “Bvlgari Roma” prominently engraved on the bezel, made in a run of only 100 pieces to be given as Christmas gifts to the brand’s top clients. This watch was not meant to be sold, but its distinctive design quickly attracted attention and demand. Gianni Bulgari, grandson of the brand’s founder, is credited with the design of the promotional 1975 Bvlgari Roma. And Gerald Genta–the legendary watch designer behind the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak and Patek Philippe Nautilus–penned a refined, analog interpretation of that design called the Bvlgari Bvlgari for commercial sale in 1977.
More on Gérald Genta:
The Bvlgari Bvlgari has been made continuously in numerous forms over the years and for its 50th anniversary (well, 48th depending when you start), the 2025 Bulgari releases include four solid gold designs–two for men and two for women. Each one has an attractive green or blue marbled dial. All four come on alligator straps with gold tang buckles.
The Verdi Alpi green marble and Azzurro Infinito icy blue marble versions above have 26mm cases and quartz movements. Those aren’t just nicknames; those are the actual names of the type of marble the dials are made of. Bulgari doesn’t even list a caliber, or any other information about the movement–just “quartz.” List price is $12,800.
While the ladies’ models have diamond hour markers and solid casebacks, the 38mm automatic versions have stick hour markers and exhibition casebacks. This larger size is also offered in Verdi Alpi green marble, in addition to a darker Blu Incanto marble. Both blue versions are regular production models while the Verdi Alpi greens, whose bezels say “Bvlgari Roma” rather than “Bvlgari Bvlgari,” are limited to 150 apiece.

2025 Bulgari Octo Finissimo Releases
The thin and attractive Bulgari Octo Finissimo has been a mainstay of the brand’s lineup since its 2014 debut. Nine new Octo Finissimo models have been unveiled in 2025. Aside from the record-setting Octo Finissimo Ultra Tourbillon, all of the new references are just new color/material configurations of existing models. But that doesn’t mean they’re not noteworthy.
Bulgari Octo Finissimo Lee Ufan
The Bulgari Octo Finissimo Lee Ufan Edition is a 150-piece limited collaboration featuring a hand-filed Grade 5 titanium case and bracelet and, interestingly, a steel sunray-brushed bezel. Its minimalist and mirror-like dial is inspired by Lee Ufan’s sculptural work. The ultra-thin (5.5 mm) case houses Bulgari’s automatic BVL 138 micro-rotor movement with 60 hours of power reserve.
The dial has no branding or markers, just black hands and small seconds. The impressive hand-made texture bears a striking resemblance to the Widmanstätten pattern of a meteorite. Lee Ufan’s signature is engraved on the sapphire caseback. Retail price is $19,900.

2025 Bulgari Octo Finissimo Skeleton 8 Days Models
The impressive original Bulgari Octo Finissimo Skeleton 8 Days model debuted in 2022, replacing the previous regular-power-reserve skeletonized model. For 2025, a Gübelin-exclusive special edition, ref. 104131, features attractive light blue accents on the hands and hour markers.
Gübelin is not only a notable family-owned Swiss jewelry retailer; they’ve also been operating the Gübelin Gem Lab for over a century, and today it is one of the most respected gemological institutions in the world.
A DLC-coated titanium version of the Octo Finissimo Skeleton 8 Days on a rubber strap, ref. 104121, also joins the lineup. Rose gold-plated hands and indexes provide some nice contrast against the black PVD skeletonized bridges.

2025 Bulgari Octo Finissimo Tourbillon Models
Bulgari added three manual-wind Octo Finissimo Tourbillon models to their catalog in 2025: a titanium one with a pleasant grey sunburst dial, and two with precious metal cases and beautiful colored marble dials similar to ones on the 50th anniversary Bvlgari Bvlgari models.
A rose gold variant features a Verdi Alpi green marble dial, while a platinum option comes with a Blu Incanto marble dial.
The marble versions have colored alligator straps that match their dials, while the titanium variant is a full bracelet model.
Because titanium is stronger than gold, some gold Octo Finissimo models are thicker than their titanium equivalents, but the rose gold and titanium models are both only 4.85mm thick. Meanwhile the platinum version has a still-slender 5.35mm case height.

Our Complete Coverage of Watches & Wonders Geneva 2025:
2025 Bulgari Octo Finissimo Gold Bracelet Models
Two new Octo Finissimos with full gold bracelets were introduced in 2025 as well. The yellow gold Octo Finissimo Automatic had previously been offered with a brown or blue dial, and now it gets a gold dial option (ref. 104190) for a monochromatic look. It has the impressive (but no longer mind-blowing like it was in 2014) 6.40mm case thickness that we’ve come to expect for an Octo Finissimo Automatic. It retails for $46,800.
At the even higher end of the market, there’s the Octo Finissimo Perpetual Calendar. It had previously only been offered in ultra-strong materials like platinum, tantalum, carbon and titanium. For 2025 it has been released in rose gold for the first time, while maintaining the same 5.80mm case height. The dial on this reference (104175) also matches the gold of its bracelet and case. The retrograde date and leap year functions give it a little extra flair over a traditional perpetual calendar. Although its price is “on request” we expect it to be in the $110,000 ballpark. But I still haven’t gotten to the most expensive 2025 Bulgari Octo Finissimo release of all.

Octo Finissimo Ultra Tourbillon
Bulgari holds records for the world’s thinnest watches in various categories. They’ve been going back and forth with Piaget (and in one instance Richard Mille) for many of those records, but currently the Octo Finissimo Ultra COSC is the thinnest production watch ever made at 1.70mm thick. Piaget held the title of world’s thinnest tourbillon watch for roughly one year with their impressive 2.0mm-thick Altiplano Concept Tourbillon from 2024. But as of 2025, Bulgari has broken that record as well with the 1.85mm-thick Octo Finissimo Ultra Tourbillon.
This is the first reference in the Octo Finissimo Ultra family to sport a tourbillon. It has a tungsten carbide main plate, sandblasted titanium case, and an ultra-thin integrated titanium bracelet (1.5 mm) as well. The BVF 900 manual-winding tourbillon movement provides a sufficient 42 hours of power reserve despite its diminutive size. It is wound via a dedicated crown at 8 o’clock. The 3 o’clock crown (well, barely-exposed gear) is just for time-setting.
Bulgari doesn’t specify the water resistance for this watch, so given its price tag of $678,000, you should probably try to keep it away from water. Although they’ve obviously relentlessly engineered this watch for thinness, Bulgari clearly takes pride in the visual details.
“The bezel flange’s polished slope, the finely rhodium-plated tourbillon balance and inertia blocks, and the sunburst-finished, rhodium-plated tourbillon bridge subtly enhance the watch’s mechanical artistry.”
-Bulgari

2025 Bulgari Octo Roma Releases
Until 2017, the standard line of Bulgari Octo models was known as Octo L’Originale. Basically it looked just like the Octo Finissimo, but slightly thicker. In 2017, the Octo Roma lineup replaced the oft-overlooked L’Originale, with some subtle aesthetic tweaks that give it a “softer” and less angular look, like moving the lugs inward and decreasing the size from 45mm to 41mm. In 2023, the second generation of Octo Roma models appeared, featuring attractive hobnail (clous de Paris) textured dials and convenient quick-change strap functionality.
Time-Only Bulgari Octo Models
Quietly, Bulgari added three more basic time-only Octo Roma models to their website in mid-2025. Two-tone versions of the Octo Roma (18k rose gold bezels and steel cases/bracelets) are now available with either a blue (ref. 103926) or white dial (ref. 103928) for $9,900. A full stainless steel version with a green dial (ref. 104091) lists for $7,300 and will likely get the most attention. All three come with complimentary rubber straps (blue strap for the blue dial, green strap for the green dial, and brown strap for the white dial).
A black DLC-coated steel-cased version with a green dial (103925) had debuted in 2024, but in my opinion DLC and PVD coatings seem to be falling out of favor with collectors. So, I expect the regular steel green Octo Roma model to sell better.
Octo Roma Grande Sonnerie Perpetual Calendar in Titanium
The Octo Roma Grande Sonnerie Perpetual Calendar, first unveiled at Baselworld 2019, marked the 25th anniversary of Gerald Genta’s first Grande Sonnerie from 1994. It’s still the most complicated Bulgari watch model ever made, and there’s a tasteful new colorway for 2025 (ref. 103921) featuring a brown smoked sapphire dial and a sandblasted titanium case with rose gold accents.
Yoshida is a prominent, historic luxury watch and jewelry retailer that has been operating in Tokyo for over a century. They’re an authorized Bulgari dealer, and their website seems to be the only place this reference appears.
A grande sonnerie chimes the hours and quarter-hours as they occur (“in passing”), and it’s one of the most prestigious complications in watchmaking. A grande sonnerie does not strictly have to have a toggle switch to be considered a true grande sonnerie, but in practical modern watchmaking, almost all grande sonnerie wristwatches include a selector that allows the wearer to switch between three modes: chime the hours and quarters, chime just the hours, or silence. Technically that makes the watch a grande et petite sonnerie, plus the 103921 is a minute repeater, and Bulgari goes all out by giving it four hammers–as many as any watchmaker, ever. So the perpetual calendar function–a hallmark of high watchmaking in its own right–almost gets overshadowed.
It’s a big watch (44mm wide and 16.5mm thick) but there are Omega Seamaster Planet Oceans thicker than that, and this Bulgari’s movement has 1,180 parts. Expect a price in the million-dollar ballpark.
Octo Roma Tourbillon Sapphire
There’s another exotic and highly complicated 44mm Octo Roma model that first appeared in 2019 and received a new colorway for 2025: the Octo Roma Tourbillon Sapphire. Featuring a skeletonized movement, a sapphire midcase, and a flying tourbillon at 6 o’clock, this is an extremely high-end watch that will probably cost you at least $70,000 pre-owned. The power reserve indicator on the back is a nice touch.
In 2023, a DLC-coated black titanium version was released with black-coated bridges and distinctive green Super-LumiNova bar-indexes (ref. 103914) and a black rubberized alligator strap. And for 2025, there’s an 80-piece Yoshida-exclusive limited edition with blue lume instead (ref. 103824). That’s it; just blue lume instead of the green. Both look pretty cool.

2025 Bulgari Serpenti Watches
Bulgari leaned heavily on their Serpenti lineup in 2025, releasing versions across various sub-families.
Serpenti Aeterna
The “Serpenti Aeterna” is part of Bulgari’s “Aeterna” high jewelry collection, created to commemorate their 140th anniversary. It’s a line of ultra-luxe serpent-inspired necklaces, and as of 2025, it’s also a line of Bulgari ladies’ watches. A rose gold version is available for 5.7-inch or 6.1-inch wrist sizes, while a white gold one only comes in the 6.1-inch size.
The Bulgari Serpenti Aeterna has a pointier “snake’s head” than a typical Serpenti. Also the head is pointing down (towards 6 o’clock) instead of up. The irregular-pave diamond dial resembles snakeskin, and scattered diamonds adorn the bracelet itself as well.

Our Complete Coverage of Watches & Wonders Geneva 2025:
The Serpenti Aeterna is a welcome new look for the Serpenti watch lineup, and along with the record-breaking Octo Finissimo Ultra Tourbillon, 2025 was a decent showing for Bulgari at Watches and Wonders. Now let’s take a look at some Serpenti references released earlier in 2025.
2025 Bulgari Serpenti Tubogas Automatic
The original Bulgari Serpenti debuted in 1948 with the legendary Tubogas bracelet. Tubogas is a metalworking technique that creates flexible, tubular structures by tightly wrapping interlocking strips of metal (usually gold) around a core, which is later dissolved/removed, without the use of soldering. Bulgari was the first to use this technique to make jewelry, and their mastery of it is a big part of what makes their ladies’ lineup special.
Bulgari had already been making quartz-powered 35mm rose gold Serpenti Tubogas models with a lovely silver sunray guilloche dial and either a single-wrap bracelet (ref. 103003) or double-wrap bracelet (ref. 103002) since 2023. So, adding an automatic version of both styles might not seem like a big deal, but the 2025 Bulgari Serpenti Tubogas Automatic releases feature a brand new tiny movement developed in-house at the Bulgari Manufacture de Haute Horlogerie in Le Sentier (which was known as Manufacture de Haute Horlogerie Genta & Roth when Bulgari bought it in 2000).
The BVS100 Lady Solotempo movement powers both the single-wrap (ref. 103903) and double-wrap (ref. 103905) versions of the 2025 Bulgari Serpenti Tubogas Automatic, and its pleasant finishing is visible through the sapphire caseback. Despite being only 3.9mm tall and weighing only 5 grams, it supplies a respectable 50 hours of power reserve. Few luxury watch brands have ladies’ watch lineups as distinctive and desirable as the Serpenti Tubogas family, but these are not cheap. The 103903 retails for 39,000 CHF while 103905 is listed at 49,000 CHF.

2025 Bulgari Serpenti Seduttori Automatic
If the tubogas bracelet is a bit much for you, Bulgari also offers the Serpenti Seduttori collection, which keeps the same serpentine watch head aesthetic but with a more traditional bracelet. Like the Tubogas collection, the Serpenti Seduttori line has also expanded with BVS100-powered automatic options for 2025. Seven references were added in various metals: stainless steel (with a black or opaline dial), two-tone, rose gold, yellow gold, diamond-covered yellow gold, and diamond-covered white gold.
Tying the lineup together is a distinctive snakeskin-pattern bracelet. List prices range from about $10,300 all the way up to $131,800 for the priciest iced-out version.

Bulgari x MB&F Serpenti
Bulgari and MB&F had collaborated before on the 2021 LM FlyingT Allegra, but the 2025 announcement of the Bulgari x MB&F Serpenti still took collectors by surprise. While the Serpenti is typically a ladies’ model, the MB&F interpretation is a big watch (18mm thick) aimed at hardcore (largely male) watch collectors.
The word “bold” gets thrown around a lot in the luxury watch world, but…this is a pretty bold watch. The titanium version has blue accents, the black PVD-coated steel version has red accents, and the rose gold version has green accents. Each is limited to 33 pieces.
MB&F is one of the most expensive watch brands in the world for a reason, so naturally they couldn’t just display the time in a normal way. The time on the 2025 MB&F x Bulgari Serpenti, which is already sold out in all three of its colorways, is read via two rotating ultra-thin aluminum domes that serve as the snake’s “eyes.” MB&F further flexes their skill by prominently displaying a 14mm balance wheel (roughly 3x the typical size) in the middle of the watch. This is really more of an MB&F watch than a Bulgari watch, but the Bulgari aesthetic is still there.
The movement finishing is well beyond what you would see on a typical Bulgari, but that’s to be expected with a starting price of $148,000 in titanium or black PVD-coated steel. The rose gold case option adds another $22,000.

Bulgari might still have more in store for us in 2025, likely including even more of their popular Octo Finissimo models. But it’s interesting that the start of the year was so focused on the Serpenti lineup. We’ll keep you posted with all the developments!
