Tudor Black Bay Chrono Pink: Part of the “Daring Watches” Collection

In early 2024, Tudor showed pictures on social media of Jay Chou (Tudor ambassador and one of Taiwan’s biggest musicians) wearing what was thought to be a one-of-a-kind Black Bay Chrono with a pink dial. On March 28, one day after announcing a partnership with Inter Miami (the pink-wearing soccer team owned by David Beckham, another Tudor ambassador), Tudor confirmed that the Black Bay Chrono Pink is indeed a production model that will be sold globally, noting that “few of them will ever be made.” It’s still somewhat hard to find, but it’s not that rare.

What’s Different About This Pink Black Bay Chrono?

The Tudor Black Bay Chrono Pink looks just like an existing 79360N with a “Panda” dial–except the dial is pink instead of white, and it comes on a Jubilee-style five-link bracelet instead of an Oyster. Notably, this style of bracelet comes with T-Fit, Tudor’s popular Rolex Glidelock-like micro-adjustable clasp system.

These are probably Chinese-made bracelets, though, as they lack the word “Swiss” underneath “Tudor Geneve.” I have the original Black Bay Chrono model and its clasp is marked Swiss. The case height of 14.4mm remains unchanged, and although some people complain about that thickness, I find it perfectly wearable.

Price

The list price for the Black Bay Chrono Pink is $6,050 as of 2025. Secondhand, they tend to sell for $9,000 or more.

Can I Actually Buy One?

Tudor’s Instagram account said that the pink BB Chrono “might not be for everyone, and that’s OK because few of them will ever be made.” That ended up being somewhat true, although not quite as few as some perhaps first thought.

At first, the pink BB Chrono wasn’t listed on Tudor’s model selection page, but it was later added. These pink Black Bay Chronos peaked around $15,000 on the resale market and fell to about $9,000 after the Tudor Black Bay Chrono Blue was released. Perhaps it will drop further now that there’s a Black Bay Chrono Turquoise in the lineup too, which is also part of Tudor’s so-called “Daring Watches” collection.
