LVMH Watch Week 2025, originally planned to take place in the upscale Los Angeles neighborhood of Bel Air from January 21 to 24, has been relocated due to the devastating wildfires in the area, according to WatchPro reporter Rob Corder. The event was set to showcase new launches from LVMH’s renowned watch brands, including TAG Heuer, Zenith, Bulgari, Hublot, Louis Vuitton, and Daniel Roth, over a period of four days. Instead of outright canceling the event, a downsized two-day version of the event will occur in New York from January 21 to 22, and in Paris from January 30 to 31. This decision to relocate LVMH Watch Week 2025 away from LA reflects the ongoing realities of the horrific Palisades Fire disaster, although we expect a slew of press releases about the new LVMH watches on January 21 as scheduled.

Proximity of the Fires

The Palisades Fire began only about 8 miles southwest of Bel Air, and there have been fires seen on the outskirts of Bel Air, resulting in evacuation warnings (but no mandatory evacuations that we know of) for some parts of the neighborhood.

Rescheduling

WatchPro was first to report that instead of the large-scale single event, LVMH would reveal its latest timepieces at smaller events in New York, Paris, and eventually throughout Europe. See our coverage of LVMH Watch Week 2025 releases below.

Until it was relocated, LVMH Watch Week 2025 was going to be the first West Coast-hosted version of the event. Started relatively recently (2020), LVMH Watch Week had previously been held in Dubai, Singapore and Miami.

We’ll keep you updated about all the 2025 TAG Heuer releases, Daniel Roth releases, and everything else LVMH is doing in the world of watches as the information becomes available. In the meantime, we hope the list of people and events affected by the LA fires stops growing soon.
