Candy Pink Rolex Oyster Perpetual: 5 Sizes Offered in 2025
Watch dial colors are a lot like car colors. The majority of them are “non-colors” (like white, silver, grey and black), with champagne and blue also being common. But Rolex made waves in 2020 when they released a lineup of brightly colored lacquer dials for three sizes of their Oyster Perpetual models (31mm, 36mm and 41mm). The Candy Pink Rolex Oyster Perpetual, offered in 31mm and 36mm, was immediately popular. And as of 2025, it’s available in 28mm, 34mm, and 41mm sizes as well.
The other colorful dials introduced in 2020 (yellow, red, green, and turquoise) have remained very popular too, as has the Celebration dial released in 2023. All of those colors have been discontinued except for turquoise. For whatever reason, until 2025, Rolex didn’t offer the colorful lacquer dials on the Oyster Perpetual 28 or 34. Those only had sunburst dials. But the Rolex 2025 releases, which included three brand new colors (lavender, beige, and pistachio), largely standardized the dial choices between sizes, and now all five sizes have colorful lacquer options.
Candy Pink Oyster Perpetual 28
The new-for-2025 Candy Pink Rolex Oyster Perpetual 28 is just a dial change. It still has the same 276200 model number that the OP28 has had since 2020. It’s the smallest watch in the Rolex lineup, but the crown and bezel can only be so small, so the proportions are a bit different than those of the larger models. It definitely looks like a ladies’ Rolex watch, not a shrunken men’s watch. Although the Oyster Perpetual 28 has been overshadowed somewhat by the Oyster Perpetual 31 in recent years, the candy pink dial (and the other new colorful lacquer dials) will probably change that a bit.
Candy Pink Rolex Oyster Perpetual 31
The Oyster Perpetual 31 has been one of the hottest women’s Rolex watches on the market for years now. The Candy Pink Rolex Oyster Perpetual 31 was discontinued in 2022, and its popularity on the secondhand market pushed prices up around $11,000. Those asking prices will probably come down a bit now that Rolex un-discontinued the Candy Pink Oyster Perpetual 31 at Watches and Wonders 2025.
The Rolex caliber 2232 that powers the Oyster Perpetual 31, considered a “ladies’ movement,” has a Syloxi hairspring–an innovation that men’s Rolex Oyster watches don’t have (aside from the Land-Dweller). The power reserve of 55 hours is more than sufficient, and caliber 2232 doesn’t seem to suffer from the notorious amplitude issues of the Rolex 32xx movement.
For many women, the OP31 is a perfect GADA watch. The Easylink comfort adjustment link in the clasp is a pretty beloved feature for many owners, allowing them to easily keep the size comfortable when their wrist swells in the summer etc.
34mm Option Added in 2025
The Rolex Oyster Perpetual 34 probably gets the least attention out of all five sizes, and I think there’s a reason for that: it’s too small for most men, and there are already two other ladies’ sizes. I’m a dude, and I wear vintage 34mm Rolex watches, but I still find the current OP34 far too small for me. These modern-day 34mm Oyster Perpetuals are decidedly smaller lug-to-lug (just under 40mm) than older 34mm Rolex watches (which were regarded as men’s watches at the time) and overall the proportions of today’s 124200 resemble the OP28 and OP31 more than the OP36 and OP41. It’s also notable that the OP34 has the “ladies’ movement,” caliber 2232, which has a Syloxi (silicon) hairspring that men’s OP’s don’t get.
Today’s OP34 doesn’t even come standard with enough links to fit on my 7.5″ wrist, so the Candy Pink Rolex Oyster Perpetual 34 definitely seems to be aimed at the ladies’ market. I’m not complaining; in fact I think it’s interesting that in an industry where men’s watches get the vast majority of discussion, 3/5 sizes of the entry-level Rolex lineup are squarely aimed at women, with the smaller of the remaining two sizes being widely regarded as unisex. Rolex follows the dollars, not the number of internet comments, and there’s clearly a massive demand for their women’s watches.
From 2020-2024 the OP34 had the disadvantage of relatively boring dial options, but in 2025 Rolex discontinued all the regular sunburst dials (except for silver) and spread the colorful lacquer love throughout the lineup. The Candy Pink Rolex Oyster Perpetual 34 will probably sell excellently, though it will be interesting to see if newer colors like pistachio and lavender overshadow it.
Candy Pink Rolex Oyster Perpetual 36
Many people expected the Candy Pink Oyster Perpetual 36 to be one of the Rolex models discontinued in 2024 or 2025, but it’s still in the catalog for now. 36mm is a great traditional size for men’s watches, but an OP36 will look good on just about anyone.
The Candy Pink OP36 has double-baton markers at 3, 6, and 9 o’clock, plus black squares on the minute track at each hour. Although some assume that pink watches are generally for women, plenty of male collectors enjoy wearing the Candy Pink OP36.
Luxury Bazaar listed a Candy Pink Rolex Oyster Perpetual 36 for $10,500 in July of 2024 and it got snapped up almost immediately. As of early 2025, market price is still right around there. That’s not much less than the once-ultra-hot turquoise or Celebration dials (now around $14,000) and not much more than the 31mm Candy Pink model, interestingly.
Candy Pink Rolex Oyster Perpetual 41
Unexpectedly, in September 2025, Rolex began offering the Oyster Perpetual 41 in lavender and candy pink. Now, all five sizes have all the same dial options–with the exception of the Oyster Perpetual 41 in turquoise, which has not returned (as far as we know).

Candy Pink vs. Pink Sunburst
The Candy Pink Rolex Oyster Perpetual dials are lacquered and thus have a slight gloss to them, but they’re not exactly shiny. The regular sunburst pink dials offered by Rolex are more shimmery, with a bit more of an “orangey” hue.
Sunburst pink dials are cool, too, but there’s something special about the Candy Pink color. I expect demand will remain strong for these for years to come.
