The 2026 Omega watch releases are already stacking up to be a mix of technical milestones, commemorative pieces, and fan-favorite updates. From the first two-hand Master Chronometer-certified Constellation to Olympic-themed Seamasters and a reverse panda Speedmaster, Omega has covered a lot of ground early in the year. Constellation Observatory Collection

Release Date: March 2026

Omega introduced the Constellation Observatory Collection for 2026, and while it might look like a straightforward two-hand vintage-inspired dress watch at first glance, the real story is what’s happening behind the scenes. For the first time, a two-hand watch has achieved Master Chronometer certification, made possible by a new acoustic testing method developed by Omega’s Laboratoire de Précision.

Traditionally, precision testing relied on tracking a seconds hand, but this new system analyzes the sound of the movement instead, allowing Omega to certify time-only watches without one. The result is a cleaner dial layout without sacrificing any of the performance standards associated with Master Chronometer certification.

In true Omega fashion, the collection drop is substantial (nine references), offering a range of materials and configurations, including steel, gold (Moonshine, Sedna, and Canopus — or yellow, pink, and white), and platinum variants, all featuring 39.4mm cases. Omega is actually calling the platinum model “Platinum-Gold” because it apparently has a small amount of gold in it.

The gold versions get gold rotors and “Luxe”-grade finishing. The platinum one is finished to the “Grand Luxe” standard, and its gold rotor includes a medallion with Dark blue aventurine glass (a sparkly blue mineral glass) applied via grand feu champlevé enameling. The dials of all the precious metal models are made of the same material as the case.

Design-wise, it’s a clear callback to old-school Constellation watches, with pie-pan dials, dauphine hands, faceted indices, “dogleg” lugs, and the Observatory medallion on the caseback. Aside from one model fitted with a gold bracelet, the Constellation Observatory watches are paired with leather straps.

Depending on the model, the watches are powered by the new Caliber 8914 (for the steel variants) or 8915 (luxe, for the 18k gold collection) automatic movements. Prices of the collection range from $10,900 for the steel editions to $51,900 for the full Moonshine gold piece.

Seamaster Diver 300M Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games 2026

Release Date: February and March 2026

Omega marked its role as Official Timekeeper of the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics with a dedicated Seamaster Diver 300M, built as a tribute to the Games. The design leans heavily into the Olympic theme, with several details tied directly to the event’s branding.

The 43.5mm case is made from white ceramic and grade 5 titanium, keeping the watch relatively lightweight despite its size. A white ceramic bezel features a diving scale in positive relief, while the dial is home to a frosted texture and a subtle “26” motif inspired by the Milano Cortina logo. A blue gradient seconds hand adds a small hit of color, echoing the event’s palette.

The white rubber strap is equipped with a titanium buckle, while the caseback is stamped with the Milano Cortina 2026 emblem. Inside is the Co-Axial Master Chronometer Caliber 8806, offering a 55-hour power reserve and the usual METAS-certified performance.

Priced at $10,500, this is very much a commemorative take on the Seamaster Diver 300M (ref. 522.92.44.20.04.001) and a new addition to the Omega Olympic lineup.

Alongside it, OMEGA also released a nearly identical version celebrating the Paralympic Winter Games, distinguished mainly by a multicolored seconds hand in red, blue, and green. Its caseback also features the Paralympic logo instead of the Olympic rings. The rest of the watch is the same, including the white ceramic and titanium construction, frosted dial, and Caliber 8806 movement. Like the Olympic version, the Paralympic model (ref. 522.92.44.20.04.002) is also priced at $10,500.

Speedmaster Moonwatch Reverse Panda

Release Date: January 2026

2026 Omega Releases: Speedmaster Moonwatch Reverse Panda
Speedmaster Moonwatch Reverse Panda watches (Image: Omega)

Omega kicked off its 2026 releases with what will likely become a fan favorite: a lineup of Speedmaster Moonwatch Reverse Panda watches, in both stainless steel and Moonshine gold. As the nickname suggests, the update flips the classic panda dial layout, pairing a black main dial with white subdials. The dial itself keeps the familiar Moonwatch construction, including the stepped profile, multi-layer design, and tri-compax layout.

True to the Moonwatch design blueprint, the watches retain the traditional 42mm case size, fitted with a black ceramic bezel with a white enamel tachymeter scale and a box-style sapphire crystal.

The watches are paired with Omega’s updated bracelet with the comfort-adjustment system, which has become a welcome addition to modern Speedmaster models.

Powering the watch is the Co-Axial Master Chronometer Caliber 3861, the current-generation manual-winding Moonwatch movement offering improved accuracy, magnetic resistance, and a 5-year warranty. The stainless steel version (ref. 310.30.42.50.01.004) is priced at $10,400, while the Moonshine Gold version (ref. 310.60.42.50.01.002) retails for $49,300.
