Breitling Named the NFL’s Official Timepiece Partner – Launches Two NFL Collections
Just last year, Breitling announced its licensing agreement with the NFL, featuring a collection of 32 Chronomat B01 watches, one for each team in the league. Now, they’ve taken things a step further by becoming the NFL’s first official timepiece partner. The brand is kicking off the multi-year deal with two NFL collections: the Chronomat Automatic GMT and the Endurance Pro. Here’s everything you need to know about the new Breitling x NFL collaboration.

Partnering with the NFL was a smart move for Breitling, as the United States is a significantly growing market for most Swiss watchmakers. Additionally, the NFL, which generated more than $23 billion in revenue in 2024, according to the Sports Business Journal, is one of the country’s largest and most successful professional sports leagues. The brand has positioned itself in front of a massive market with its deal with the NFL, which broke records during this year’s Super Bowl LIX with 127.7 million viewers. It’s safe to say, things are looking pretty good for the new partnership. But what about the watches?

NFL Edition Breitling Chronomat Automatic GMT 40
Football fans can now support their favorite NFL team with two new Breitling NFL-edition watches, each available in 32 unique variants (one for every team) and featuring official team colors and logos. The first is the Chronomat Automatic GMT 40. In its official press release, Breitling states that it chose this model for its dual-time capabilities, allowing it to cater to fans traveling across the country to see their teams play. The dial is adorned with each respective team’s primary color, including the 24-hour scale, with the GMT hand in the team’s secondary color. Flipping the watch over, the case back is engraved with each team’s logo.

Aside from the NFL-specific details, the new watches are standard Chronomat Automatic GMT 40 models. They’re outfitted with the same caliber 32 in-house movement as the rest of the series and feature the famous rider tab bezel and Rouleaux-style bracelet. Furthermore, the cases are water-resistant to 200 meters and feature a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, which we imagine is more than durable enough for a day at the stadium.

NFL Edition Endurance Pro
Described by Breitling as the “ultimate athleisure watch,” the Endurance Pro is the perfect platform for the other NFL watch in the brand partnership duo. It’s lightweight, precision-driven, and even sports a handy compass bezel in case you get turned around inside the stadium. The new models are 44mm in diameter, crafted in lightweight titanium and equipped with a comfortable black rubber strap. Powering it all is the caliber 82, a thermocompensated SuperQuartz™ movement with chronograph functionality.

Like the Chronomat, each NFL Endurance Pro watch will come in 32 different variations. The inner bezel and pulsometer scale are presented in the team’s primary color, with the team’s logo proudly displayed in the sub-dial at 6 o’clock. The case back is engraved with the iconic NFL shield logo.

There is a small premium for each model, with the Chronomat Automatic GMT 40 retailing for $6,600 and the Endurance Pro retailing for $4,400. At the time of writing this article, 13 teams’ 2024 Breitling x NFL Chronomat B01 watches are still in stock on Breitling’s website in addition to the two 2025 NFL models for each team. The bold team colors of the 2025 NFL Breitling Chronomat GMT’s–with no team logos on the dial–might have particularly broad appeal.
