Defy Chronograph USM
Release Date: September 2025
Announced at Geneva Watch Days 2025, Zenith has teamed up with Swiss design house USM Modular Furniture to launch a capsule collection that celebrates the spirit of the 1960s. The collaboration imagines what might have happened if Zenith’s original 1969 Defy had been paired with the groundbreaking El Primero chronograph and infused with the design language of USM’s Haller modular system, first patented in 1965. The result is the Defy Chronograph USM, a compact 37.3mm stainless steel chronograph that combines the geometry of the original Defy with color and design elements inspired by USM’s Haller furniture system.
The case keeps the sharply faceted octagonal profile and 14-sided bezel of the vintage Defy, here paired with pump-style pushers and the retro “ladder” bracelet originally created for Zenith by Gay Frères. Water resistance is rated to 100 meters. On the dial, square hour markers with horizontal grooves underline the architectural aesthetic, while the three chronograph counters feature silver azuré finishing echoing the look of USM’s iconic metal handles. A playful touch comes via the chronograph seconds hand, tipped with a luminous USM Haller ball joint that reveals a Zenith star motif when in motion.
Four dial options are offered in USM’s signature colors: Gentian Blue, Golden Yellow, Green, and Pure Orange. Powering the watch is the El Primero 400, the modern descendant of Zenith’s historic high-frequency automatic chronograph caliber. Running at 5 Hz (36,000 vph) with a 55-hour power reserve, it drives central hours, minutes, and chronograph seconds, along with subdials for running seconds, a 30-minute counter, and a 12-hour counter, plus a date window at 4:30. The movement is visible through a sapphire caseback with a rotor bearing both the Zenith and USM logos.
Each colorway is limited to 60 pieces, and pricing for the Zenith Defy Chronograph USM is set at $11,800.

Zenith Chronomaster Sport Meteorite
Release Date: September 2025
Previously offered as a Japan-exclusive model, the Zenith Chronomaster Sport Meteorite is now available worldwide, bringing its striking space dial to a broader audience. While not entirely new, its expanded availability makes it a notable addition to Zenith’s 2025 lineup.
The 41mm stainless steel watch features a meteorite dial, each one hand-finished to reveal its unique Widmanstätten pattern — a naturally occurring geometric structure formed by the slow cooling of molten iron in space. Complementing the extraterristeral texture are Zenith’s signature tri-color subdials in silver, light gray, and anthracite, finished with circular azuré detailing. A discreet date window sits at 4:30, and the applied baton markers and rhodium-plated hands are coated with Super-LumiNova for low-light visibility.
Framing the dial is a black ceramic bezel with a 1/10th-of-a-second scale, a hallmark of the Chronomaster Sport collection. Inside, the watch houses the El Primero 3600 automatic chronograph movement, running at 5 Hz (36,000bph) and capable of measuring elapsed times to one-tenth of a second, with the central chronograph hand completing a full rotation every 10 seconds. The movement offers a 60-hour power reserve and features a blue column wheel, horizontal clutch, and star-shaped rotor visible through the sapphire caseback.
Priced at $17,500, the new-for-2025 Zenith Chronomaster Sport Meteorite is fitted with a stainless steel bracelet but comes with an additional black rubber strap.

Defy Skyline Skeleton White Surfer Ceramic
Release Date: July 2025
Zenith and Time+Tide close out their three-part “Surfer” collaboration with the new Defy Skyline Skeleton White Surfer Ceramic. While the first two editions (Night Surfer and Night Surfer El Primero) featured dark titanium builds, the White Surfer goes in the opposite direction with a bright white ceramic case and bracelet, paired with a gradient openworked dial that fades from deep to pale blue.
The 41mm ceramic case is lightweight, scratch-resistant, and water-resistant to 100 meters, making it a highly wearable summer companion. Like previous editions, the open dial showcases Zenith’s signature star-shaped skeleton bridges — now rendered in Super-LumiNova for enhanced nighttime visibility. The watch also comes with a patterned white rubber strap and features the brand’s tool-free strap-change mechanism.
Powering the watch is the high-frequency El Primero 3620 SK automatic caliber, which drives a central hours and minutes display and a 1/10th of a second counter at 6 o’clock. The movement has a light blue mainplate and rotor to match the dial tones, beats at 5 Hz, and offers a 55-hour power reserve. Limited to 100 examples, retail price is $19,600 USD.

Chronomaster Original With Blue Dial
Release Date: July 2025
Zenith adds a fresh colorway to the Chronomaster Original lineup, featuring a deep blue sunray-patterned dial paired with the iconic tricolor (Mickey Mouse style) subdials. While the core design remains faithful to the original 1969 El Primero A386 — with its 38mm round bezel-less case, pump-style pushers, and faceted lugs — this edition gives the retro silhouette a contemporary style.
Inside the stainless steel case is the El Primero 3600 automatic movement, beating at 5 Hz and capable of measuring elapsed time to 1/10th of a second. The chronograph configuration includes a central seconds hand (rotating once every 10 seconds), a 60-second counter at 3 o’clock, and a 60-minute totalizer at 6 o’clock. Other features include a stop-seconds mechanism, a 60-hour power reserve, and a sapphire caseback view of the movement’s column wheel and star-shaped rotor.
Water-resistant to 50 meters and 12.6mm thick, the watch comes with both a stainless steel bracelet and a blue calfskin leather strap. The 2025 Zenith Chronomaster Original in blue is priced at $10,300.

Defy Diver “Shadow” Versions
Release Date: June 2025
Zenith introduced the Defy Extreme Diver and Defy Revival Diver in 2024 as two distinct takes on the brand’s historic dive watches — one modern and built for saturation diving, the other a faithful reissue of the 1969 Defy Plongeur A3648. For 2025, both models return in Shadow editions, now clad in matte micro-blasted titanium with high-contrast black-and-yellow details.
The Defy Extreme Diver (Ref. 97.9600.3620/21.I300) features a 42.5mm titanium 12-sided case that’s water resistant to 600 meters, a black ceramic rotating bezel punctuated with Super-LumiNova, and a helium escape valve for saturation diving. It’s powered by the high-frequency El Primero 3620 automatic movement, visible through an exhibition caseback, with a 60-hour power reserve. Priced at $12,300, Zenith includes three strap options: a titanium bracelet, a Cordura-effect rubber strap, and a fabric strap in black and yellow.
The Defy Revival Diver (Ref. 97.A3648.670/21.M3648) stays close to its vintage roots with a 37mm octagonal case and 14-sided bezel, but this time accented with a yellow-tinted sapphire insert. The screw-down crown is placed at 4:30, as on the original, and the matte black dial inside the titanium case (also water resistant to 600 meters) includes yellow accents and white Super-LumiNova. Priced at $8,200, the watch runs on the automatic Elite 670 movement with a 50-hour power reserve and comes on a titanium bracelet.

Zenith Chronomaster Original Triple Calendar
Release Date: April 2025
After debuting the Chronomaster Original Triple Calendar in stainless steel in early 2024, Zenith returns in 2025 with a more opulent take: a full rose gold version paired with a sleek black dial. The 38mm case keeps the same compact dimensions inspired by the vintage A386, complete with pump-style pushers, a raised box sapphire crystal, and tapered lugs. But this latest iteration dials up the contrast, framing the display with a warm gold case and matching hands, markers, and chapter ring against the darker backdrop.
Inside is the El Primero 3610 — the newest generation of Zenith’s legendary high-frequency chronograph. It beats at 5 Hz and includes a central 1/10th of a second chronograph hand, 60-second counter at 3 o’clock, 60-minute counter at 6 o’clock, and small seconds at 9 o’clock. The triple calendar complication includes a date at 4:30, plus day and month windows at 10 and 2, while a moonphase is tucked into the chronograph minutes at 6. Despite all the complexity, the movement maintains a 60-hour power reserve; as expected, Zenith gives us a full view of the movement through the sapphire crystal caseback.
At 14mm thick, this isn’t the slimmest triple calendar out there, but it wears relatively classically thanks to its 38mm diameter. Priced at $26,300, this is a high-complication Zenith El Primero in a precious metal case, fitted with a black calfskin leather strap with an 18k rose gold folding clasp.

Zenith Blue Ceramic Chronograph Trilogy – 160th Anniversary Edition
Release Date: April 2025
To celebrate its 160th anniversary, Zenith is going full blue. The brand has just unveiled a trilogy of limited edition chronographs — the Chronomaster Sport, Defy Skyline Chronograph, and Pilot Big Date Flyback — all dressed in a bold new blue ceramic developed specifically for the occasion.
While ceramic certainly isn’t new for Zenith, this specific shade took months of development and manufacturing effort. The brand’s decision to go all-in on this vibrant shade of blue speaks to its long-standing association with the color — both as a visual signature and a nod to its founder Georges Favre-Jacot’s celestial inspiration when naming the brand.
Each watch features a specially marked “160th Anniversary” oscillating weight visible through their sapphire casebacks. Limited to 160 pieces each, the watches can be purchased individually or as a set in a special anniversary box.
Pilot Big Date Flyback – 160th Anniversary Edition
The Pilot Big Date Flyback features a 42.5mm micro-blasted ceramic case with a blue corrugated dial, oversized Arabic numerals, and a pair of skeletonized lumed hands. The watch comes with both blue and white Cordura-effect rubber straps and is priced at CHF 15,400.

Zenith G.F.J. — Calibre 135 Reborn
Release Date: April 2025
To celebrate its 160th anniversary, Zenith unveils the G.F.J., a refined tribute to the brand’s legacy of chronometric precision and innovation. Named after founder Georges Favre-Jacot, the new G.F.J. watch revives the legendary Calibre 135 — the most awarded movement in the history of observatory chronometer competitions — and brings it into the 21st century with a platinum-cased limited edition. It is, by far, the dressiest of the 2025 Zenith releases.
The Calibre 135 manual-wind movement inside the G.F.J. is a modern reinterpretation of the original 135-O observatory competition caliber, featuring the same oversized balance wheel and offset center wheel but re-engineered with contemporary upgrades. These include a longer 72-hour power reserve, optimized gear train, stop-seconds function, COSC certification, and accuracy within ±2 seconds per day. Finishing is equally stellar, with brick-patterned guilloché on the bridges — a nod to the iconic red-and-white brick façade of Zenith’s Manufacture — and meticulous detailing throughout.
Design-wise, the G.F.J. channels 1950s-era elegance with a slim 39.15mm platinum case (10.5mm thick), stepped bezel, and curved lugs. The dial is a three-part composition: brick guilloché on the outer ring, natural blue lapis lazuli in the center, and a white mother-of-pearl subdial for the small seconds at 6 o’clock. Applied hour markers and faceted hands are rendered in 18k white gold.
Limited to 160 pieces, the G.F.J. comes with three strap options (blue alligator leather, black calfskin, and blue Saffiano leather) and is priced at CHF 49,900. A platinum bracelet can be purchased for an extra charge.

Chronomaster Revival A3818 “Cover Girl Carbon”
Release Date: February 2025
For 2025, in collaboration with Revolution Watch, Zenith has released their third extremely lightweight El Primero model: the Chronomaster Revival A3818 “Cover Girl Carbon.” It’s very similar to the Zenith x Revolution Cover Girl models released in 2020 and 2022, but with a more exotic case material. These watches get their nickname from the original A3818, a vintage Zenith that appears on the cover of a popular book about Zenith watches. It has a hybrid pulsometer/tachymeter chronograph scale and distinctive “shark tooth”-shaped markers.
With a solid milled case made of forged carbon fiber, the 2025 Cover Girl breaks Zenith’s own record for lightest automatic chronograph, weighing in at 55g on a Velcro strap. The strap version is limited to 200 pieces, 50 of which will have Eastern Arabic numerals. No matter which style of numerals you choose, all of the numbers on the dial are fully lumed.
Even more impressive than the Velcro strap versions, however, is the model that comes on a carbon fiber Gay Frères-style ladder bracelet. Only ten will be made, because milling such intricate parts out of forged carbon fiber is an extremely difficult (and expensive) task.

Defy Skyline Chronograph Skeleton
Release Date: January 2025
Zenith continues to expand the Defy Skyline collection — its popular integrated bracelet watch lineup — with a new model for 2025: the Skyline Chronograph Skeleton. Making its debut at LVMH Watch Week 2025, the Skyline Chronograph Skeleton is an open-worked version of the already-existing Defy Skyline Chronograph, which was released in 2024.
As expected, some design details remain the same, such as the 42mm stainless steel case, dodecagonal bezel, and integrated bracelet. The major differences, as its name suggests, are the open-worked dial and skeletonized movement.
The Caliber El Primero 3600SK automatic movement (a skeletonized version of the Caliber 3600) lies at the heart of this watch, capable of measuring 1/10th-of-a-second intervals via the central chronograph hand that completes a full rotation every 10 seconds instead of the standard 60 seconds. The movement’s intricate architecture is proudly showcased through the geometric cutouts of the dial, inspired by Zenith’s historic “double Z” logo from the 1960s. Two color options are available: black or blue, with matching star-shaped oscillating weights visible through the sapphire caseback. While the Defy Skyline Chronograph includes a date window on the dial, the Skeleton does not, which leaves the layout nice and symmetrical. The high-frequency Caliber El Primero 3600SK operates at 36,000bph (5 Hz) and has a 60-hour power reserve.
Accompanying the signature integrated bracelets of the 2025 Zenith Defy Skyline Chronograph Skeleton watches are color-matched rubber straps, complete with the customary embossed star pattern. Switching out the steel bracelets for the rubber straps is a simple affair thanks to the watches’ practical interchangeable-strap system. The stainless steel Defy Skyline Chronograph Skeleton watches in black or blue are priced at $15,500.

Chronomaster Sport Rainbow
Release Date: January 2025
If Zenith is interested in shaking off the comparisons between its Chronomaster Sport and the Rolex Daytona, this is not the release that will do it. There’s no denying it, the 2025 Zenith Chronomaster Sport Rainbow looks unmistakably like the fan-favorite white gold Rolex Daytona Rainbow, right down to the gradient of colorful gemstones in the bezel and dial. This isn’t the first gem-set Chronomaster Sport chronograph we’ve seen from Zenith; a rose gold version with sapphires, diamonds, and spinels debuted at LVMH Watch Week 2024.
The 2025 Zenith Chronomaster Sport Rainbow chronograph features a 41mm, 100-meter water-resistant white gold case, topped with a bezel set with 40 colored sapphires, interspersed with 10 diamonds. The diamonds aren’t just an aesthetic choice; since this chronograph hand (powered by the 5 Hz-Caliber El Primero 3600) completes one revolution every 10 seconds, the diamonds are placed to mark out each second of the chronograph hand speeding by. Pretty and functional.
The rainbow theme extends to the dial, where hour markers are represented by a spectrum of sapphires against the inky black background. Wedged between 4 and 5 is the date window while the center is home to the customary tri-colored subdials. There’s also the white gold three-link bracelet, which includes a folding clasp to secure the watch around the wrist.
Priced at a whopping $112,100, the white gold Chronomaster Sport Rainbow isn’t explicitly a limited edition but given its price tag, precious metal, and gemstone treatment, I’d imagine production will be scant on this particular 2025 Zenith watch release.
