Roger Federer’s Insane Rolex Collection

Powerfunk Tuesday, September 23rd, 2025 2 min. read

Roger Federer, who was a Maurice Lacroix ambassador until Rolex bought out his contract with them in 2006, has been a Rolex testimonee for nearly two decades. Over that time, Federer has grown to become the de facto “primary” Rolex ambassador, with over 30 different Rolex watches having appeared publicly on his wrist. We’ll tell you about every watch in Roger Federer’s Rolex collection (that we know of).

Roger Federer's Rolex Watches

Before we show you a bunch of press images of Roger Federer’s Rolex watches, we’ll list his watches chronologically in order of public appearance. It all started with a humble steel Datejust he wore when he won the 2006 US Open, and culminates with the showstopping sapphire-covered obsidian-dial Daytona he wore at the 2025 Laver Cup, which is undoubtedly one of the rarest Rolex watches ever made.

Not surprisingly, Federer is often seen sporting new models shortly after they’re announced. It makes sense that Rolex would want to get the most marketing impact out of the rumored $8 million per year they pay him. Although his current (second) ten-year contract with Rolex is up in 2026, most expect another agreement to be struck. Now let’s get to the watches:

Mirka’s Collection

It’s worth mentioning that Roger’s wife, Mirka Federer, has also been spotted wearing some of the most expensive Rolex watches ever made. She’s been seen with an emerald-set Day-Date 40 ref. 228396 TEM, a white gold Rainbow Daytona, and even the unobtainable Barbie Daytona (the most coveted of the off-catalog 2024 Rolex releases).

Roger Federer has firmly established himself as one of the all-time great tennis players, and it appears he has one of the all-time great Rolex collections as well. We’ll be sure to keep an eye on his wrist for future possible Rolex “leaks!”
