Drake Reveals One-of-One Ice Gradient Rolex Daytona
Best-selling rap artist Drake is no stranger to rare gem-set Rolex watches, but in mid-August 2026, on Instagram he revealed his most stunning piece yet: a one-of-one Rolex Daytona “Ice Gradient.”

It’s not hard to see why it’s called the “Ice Gradient.” Drake’s unique Rolex Daytona (which is 100% factory, not customized) has a bracelet fully set with baguette gems that transition from clear diamonds to light blue and ultimately dark blue sapphires. Blue sapphires are also used on the case, bezel and hour markers, while the rest of the dial is paved with diamonds.
Has Rolex Done a Gradient Gem Bracelet Before?
There are a lot of obscure and exotic rare Rolex watches with insane gem-setting but I’ve never seen a Rolex bracelet with a gradient effect like this before, ever.
How Much is Drake’s Rolex Worth?
It’s difficult to put a market value on a watch this rare, and of course it’s not for sale, but if I had to ballpark it, Drake’s Ice Gradient Rolex Daytona probably has a legitimate market value in the 2-5 million dollar range. In any case, it’s certainly one of the most expensive Rolex watches ever made.
Has Rolex Done a Unique Piece Before?
It is quite extraordinary that Rolex has made a unique piece for a prominent client, but not unprecedented. Rolex made a one-of-one platinum Yacht-Master for a Singaporean shipping magnate in 2024.
Off-catalog Rolex watches covered in gems, which once languished in display cases until they were inevitably sold at discounts, are now regarded as unattainable grails. When we’re lucky enough to get our hands on watches like the Icy Coke GMT, they always sell quickly. But Drake’s one-of-one Ice Gradient Daytona, which came in a special giant blue box, is on a whole other level.
